I bought a little pit bike/dirtbike for my grand kids from them this past Saturday. I called ahead of time to speak to a sales rep. I forgot her name, but she was nice and knowledgeable.

After they got the one I picked out prepped for me one of the service guys went over the basic operation and maintenance schedule before we loaded it up in the back of my truck.
They were pretty busy but, thankfully the whole process only took about an hour.

I have used them in the past for parts and they have always been pleasant and professional.
I definitely will use them again . I need that new 2025 GSXR1000RAM5 in my life.

I just stopped at Doug Reynolds Suzuki to look at the new UTVs right after Christmas, they were extremely busy but the associates went out of their way to spend time with me. I ended up buying a Suzuki Mule and had it ready for me to pickup a few hours later, Awesome customer service with no pressure, plus, they kept their end of the sales agreement exactly — very much appreciated!

The sales and service are very professional. They went above and beyond to find the motorcycle I wanted. I was specific on the year, make, model, and color. They were able to find exactly what I wanted very quickly and within a few days I drove the motorcycle home.

I have been doing business with doug Reynolds Suzuki since 1987 . They have always treated me like family . I still today do business with them . I have bought all our 4 wheelers and motorcycles though them and I have all my service work done and order all my parts from them they go all out to help with anything . I even go by Doug Reynolds Suzuki to say hi and visit with them and not even buy anything or have service done it's that friendly there and I enjoy the visit . If you what a good place to do business with Doug Reynolds Suzuki is the place .

My name is Justin and I am a true believer of you get what you put out. (Golden-rule) I showed up on Tuesday the 7th at lunch, which I only have a hour for, I parked my truck and looked around for the motorcycle I was interested in. I walked inside and was greeted by a gentleman behind the parts counter in 5 minutes. He has no clue what I was there for. I gave him the information and he took me straight back to the shop to look at the bike…. 100% flawless customer service., as we was walking through we was ambushed by Mrs Tomlin.( you wouldn’t happen to be Justin would you) yes mam that’s me! Perfect timing for perfect weather! Seamless transition, walked back upfront, info,-30min approval, I meet Casey, she went above and beyond asking questions for things that lenders should have been upfront and able to handle, from 1230-2 is how long it took . Now I’m happy to say it’s mine. Work hard play harder! You lady’s and gents are great!!!!
