I can't say enough about the Wood PS sales team at the Fayetteville store! Hannah helped me out from the start and did an excellent job! She's very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She wasn't pushy about making the sale happen. She was cool, calm, and collected! She listened and showed me what would fit the criteria I was looking for. I would highly recommend her and would definitely buy from her again!

Can't even emphasize how quick and easy this deal was! I contacted Hannah in sales about a bike listed online and she responded to all of my messages quickly, was able to answer my questions and figure out the best way to move forward, and had my bike basically purchased before ever setting foot in the dealership. Everyone from Hannah to management and finance were so helpful, honest, fair and flexible. I'll definitely be coming back to see them for future purchases.

The purchase experience was smooth and professional… however, the parts and service has been all together different. The top case was completely unusable and the heated grips were installed so poorly they cracked not to mention the eight loose pieces of electrical tape holding the wiring together. It’s been 2 weeks of driving back and forth for an hour solving problems and I’m tired of it
