Just recently purchased a 2024 Malibu 23 LSV Wakesetter from Rambo Marine -Smith Lake and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the Sales team of Caleb and Tyler.. They went above and beyond to gain me as a customer. From the initial contact to the delivery and walk thru with Eric from Service, Rambo Marine -Smith Lake exceeded my expectations. From the initial demo ride with Logan and Wyatt, it was just over a week and the boat was delivered to my dock. We recently purchased a pontoon from Caleb. He was great and explained everything very thoroughly. We were able to do a test drive on the boat with Wyatt who helped by showing all the boat features. We had a small issue with miss communication about insurance, however they called us to discuss what had happened and it was great to have that transparency as well as learn a bit about the process. The staff do care about you and want you to have the best experience possible. We look forward to having fun on our boat and working with them in the future.

I wanted to share my experience with this location of Rambo Marina. I started working with Logan sales person and had several conversation with Tyler the general manager. We bought a used boat and have been very happy with it. One of things I appreciate is their people are always eager to help and try to make things right. If you’re up in Smith Lake area, you definitely should go by and see what they have. I will continue to do business with them.

Would give 6 stars if I could. We bought our pontoon boat from Caleb Chrisman at Rambo Marine. Walked in just expecting to look around and see what type layout we liked and if we wanted to go Barletta or Harris route. Caleb answered any and all questions that we had about both brand boats and gave his honest opinion about the boats that were within the guidelines of what we were specifically looking for. He was genuinely trying to find the best fit boat for us and what we wanted instead of trying to just upsell us to the next highest priced thing. He even gave his personal number out so we could stay in contact over the days that the dealership was closed or if it was after hours. Even after buying the boat and everything was done he still texts asking how we like the boat and if everything is alright on it. That’s quality service that you can’t find anywhere anymore. Won’t go anywhere else ever again for boating needs besides Rambo and will always ask to deal with Caleb.
