What a wonderful experience! Our salesman Darrin at the Heber Springs location found us the perfect boat for our family. Leah who did our closing was very thorough and professional. We had an excellent experience in Heber Springs with Darrin, Leah and Cole. Darrin showed us numerous boats over a couple days as our minds changed numerous times. He even went and got a boat at their Greers Ferry location and brought it to Heber Springs for us to see. Cole took us out in the boat we chose and did an outstanding job of taking the time to show us all the bells and whistles as well as a little lesson on putting the Tritoon in the slip. Leah took care of all the paper work including going to the revenue office to file all the papers and get the boat registered. The whole experience was great. Darrin did a great job at showing us all our options and different boats to choose from. Cole did a great job delivering and making us feel comfortable operating the boat on the lake. I would definitely recommend them to others interested in purchasing a boat.

Cole, Leah, Darrin & James are the BEST!! Great sales experience. Incredibly knowledgeable about MasterCraft and all things boating. Cole was great to show us every single button and went above and beyond to help with some technical issues we had on our first outing. We needed a little help on a small issue and Josh came out to adjust on our boat at the Marina! Incredible service after the sale. It really is like doing business with friends, which is the highest compliment I can give. If you are considering a new or used boat, or need service on your current boat, go see these guys!!

They were also very trustworthy in managing the belongings from my previous boat before getting it transferred to the new boat. From top to bottom I was impressed with Futrell. It is also worth noting that Cole was very detailed at the boat delivery. He was patient and very thorough in educating me on the boat.
