Had a great experience here. Joe was my salesperson. He was super knowledgeable and ensured I got the right bike. Megan in the back is a rad chick who knows her stuff. She got me fitted to a helmet and ordered up a pair of gloves for me. Branson in Finance was a pleasure to work with and even stayed late to ensure I was able to ride home on my bike!

I’ve been visiting this place for almost a year, haven’t bought anything YET… but will as soon as I can . Joe is Great and helpful every time I come in. Treats me as a top customer even though I have not bought a bike from this location. He took me all through the store today and showed me all options I had , all of the bikes in the back that had just been assembled. I love coming here every time. Mark my words I’ll be buying from Heritage Indian of NWA.
Edit 2024 , I rented the matte black roadmaster September 6 through the weekend and was able to bring it back when they were closed on Sunday. Megan was so awesome and helpful and I had the best weekend on that bike hands down me and my wife. Thanks again Megan and Indian heritage NWA

I've stopped in a few times over the years looking at bikes and attending the ride events. Finally decided I wanted a "nice" bike to replace the Suzuki I sold during COVID and bought a Scout 101. Joe, Megan and Josh were all great. The bike is outstanding, and I love everything about it. Professional and friendly service. Ordered a 2025 super scout. Added some extras. I was told it would be 3 or 4 weeks, it came in just shy of 4 weeks as promised. About to be due for my initial service, the bike is great. More than met expectations. I wish these guys sold everything there is to buy, my life would be easier.
