Bought a boat there and the salesman Taylor did an awesome job. Brought the boat home and had a problem with it. Taylor said bring it back and they fixed the problem at no cost. They stand by what they tell you and definitely made the whole experience 5 stars.

Tried to launch my boat today only to discover it wouldn’t start on the launch. Called every boat shop in town and Arrowhead was the only one that had a Mercruiser solenoid in stock. They even loaned me a socket so I was able to swap out the old part for the new right there in the parking lot. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Because of Arrowhead and staff, we were able to salvage our lake day and are now happily cruising on the water with plenty of day light to spare. Arrowhead will be my family’s first call for any of our boating needs from now on. Thanks for all your help today! -The Seegers Family ?

This review does not reflect the sales team at Arrowhead. Taylor was my sales person and he’s been fantastic to work with.

This is entirely focused on the service department. Since buying my boat 2 years ago I have used arrowhead for all services necessary. Most recently winterization and de-winterization. This past weekend I picked my boat up from the dealership, and planned to take it out and enjoy the lake. 5 minutes after getting on the lake I was surprised to have engine overheat codes as well as smoke coming from the engine bay. Upon inspection I was made aware that a crucial step in the de-winterization process was missed, they neglected to open the raw water intake valve. This lead to the impeller being shredded and engine overheating.

My frustration really kicks in when I get a call from the service manager simply saying “sorry for our miss” but that it was fixed and ready for pickup today. When requesting the oil be changed (as it should be after overheating). I was told they would “split the difference with me. I will be using a new location for future services to say the least.

What great service by Frank Rodrigues and staff, helping us with navigating Beaver lake, giving us suggestions on where to go. Our daughter in law lost her wedding band in the lake then later her phone, Frank and his wife helped look high and low for it, found it under their car seat!
