Was on a week long road trip with a group and had a rear tire blowout on 23 Street Glide 45 miles away from Mega Motorsports. Called and the team not only had a tire, but was able to fit us in as soon as we plugged it and showed up an hour from closing. Zach and Matt were able to get us right in and replace the tire in just over an hour and we were back in the road without issues! Everyone at the shop was great to us and offered us snacks and beverages while we waited. What a great place and would recommend them for all you new bikes, parts and service! Made a call to confirm if they had a certain Can-Am defender in stock - they did and answered all of my questions + some!
Not even 24hr later the paper work was ready at 9am (opening time) and we traveled from Arkansas to purchase! Brandon and the financing team were amazing and answered everything/anything I asked. The smoothest process and kindest people!

One day we were doing errands in West Plains and decided to check out the dealership on the way back home. We were greeted by several employees and immediately felt welcomed. We took a look around and saw a Can Am that we were interested. Brandon Creech, our sales guy, started showing us the features and took us on a test drive. We ended up leaving without purchasing it so we could discuss it more but not even 20 minutes after leaving we decided to text Brandon to tell him we wanted it. It was a Saturday so he said he would have everything ready for Tuesday.

We came back Tuesday and the Can Am was inside the showroom waiting to us to pick it up. We went through finance and Kelly walked us through everything and was straight foreword. After we finished the paperwork we went to parts to order a few things from Mike. We recently picked up the parts after being ordered and everyone was super friendly just as the first time.

Overall we had a great experience at the dealership from sales, finance to parts. Everyone is friendly and straightforward. We have already highly recommended this dealership to all our friends and family!

Check out this story! 3.5 hours into my trip this morning to Sturgis my clutch goes! Luck would have it I gimped into Mega Motorsports a Honda motorcycle and quad dealership in West Plains Missouri. I walked into the service center and after explaining the situation they immediately rolled my bike in!

20 minutes later the Robert R the tech had it diagnosed! The slave cylinder was trashed! All the rubber o rings were disintegrated. I called the closest Harley Dealer which was 1.5 hrs away in Springfield Missouri! They had a brand new in stock Slave cylinder!!! Now how I am going to get it?

The Robert handed me his keys to his bike and said go get it!!! I didn’t argue! Four hours later I’m back on the road with a good clutch, a new friend and an awesome story!

Was on a cross country trip when I ran into a problem on my Honda. Google led me to Mega Motorsports and a phone call connected me with Marty. Marty helped arrange a tow and stayed late to get my bike in the shop. Next morning, Marty and his crew picked me up at my hotel and had me back on the road at a very reasonable price. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend!

Great experience. Purchased an ATV. Chris in Sales was amazing. He went way out of his way to make sure I got the ride that met my needs! Mike in parts was amazing as well he made sure to get me all the supplies needed to maintain my ATV. The entire staff was great to work with and I will continue to be a customer!
