The folks here were kind, professional and very informative of the units they have. They made the paperwork process very easy over the phone. When I got there all we had to do was sign papers & make copies. They showed me the units functionality and offered to help load me out.
Overall, my experience was very brief in an efficient way.

Very courteous people. Called on Saturday morning for a tire for my Kawasaki, they got me in straight away. Was out and back on my vacation in a couple hours... Great bunch of people.

Best dirtbike place EVER. Bought my 11 year old nephew his first dirtbike and he LOVES talking to the workers in there, they conversate with him and it just goes wayyy over my head. Nice, friendly people!! No pushing you into buying something. They let you look and tell you they're there if you need anything. Great bike too!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Very disappointed. I ordered a ignition switch from them , it was wrong. They refused to refund or return it. They finally ordered the right one and charged me 12$ more than price they had quoted me. There was no way to dispute it because I had to prepay with a credit card. I like to deal with local businesses, but will NEVER step foot in that establishment again.

I personally have a great experience here. I was approved for a bike when my bank denied me for the same bike. These guys made it happen at 4.99% interest I might add. So credit was not the case just a crappy bank.

Brought my HONDA 954RR needed a new rear tire and Headlight and rear brake light not working ..
Although my Bike was outside of their manufacture .. they still sought out and fixed the issues ..
The price was reasonable and I was quickly back on the road and the bike has performed flawlessly .. iam grateful for the mechanics time and effort . And recommend there services to anyone .. Mike’s Honda was rude and will never have my buisness ..

Last time i rated this i gave it 5 stars because of the information i got from the guy in the service dept. This time he must have been busy so I asked a guy sitting behind a desk about a part. He seemed to be bothered with me asking a question.
