I took my 04 Dodge ram truck here for a rear pinion seal replacement on the day before Thanksgiving. The gentleman was very respectful, had a speedy service, and very honest pricing. he even took me to my house because I didn't have a ride back to it and delivered my truck once it was done the same day! If you ever get the chance or have the need to take your vehicle somewhere I highly recommend North Central automotive. Mr Julio is his name and he will always get you right!

If I could rate this gentleman more than 5 stars, I would!!! I feel extremely blessed to have such a great experience with having such bad luck with my vehicle! Julio was very efficient and didn’t waste any time figuring out the issue, he even picked up my vehicle for me! He gave a very detailed and itemized list of the things he fixed, I am so grateful! I will definitely be recommending him to EVERYONE I know! This was such a stress relieving experience!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Ventura listened to each of my descriptions of the problems with my vehicle and addressed every one. I feel like he was honest in trying to help me get the best parts for a good price and was able to do repairs quickly. He went the extra mile in contacting me the day after I picked up my vehicle to ask if everything was working as it should. Nobody does that!! I’m very happy with this service and will definitely use again if needed.
