Terrible. He had my husbands bike for over 7 months, he said he was a couple months behind when my husband dropped it off, but after a few months my husband would ask if he has worked on it. After seeing where the progress was going, the guy ended up not messaging him back. I had to call a week ago and ask and the guy said he still hasn’t touched it. Was very short and honestly quite rude over the phone as well. When my husband asked if he could pick it up the guy just sent a thumbs up. No apology for taking so long…. NOTHING. He didn’t even come out or apologize when we came to pick it up. Almost an ho or trip both ways. I strongly don’t recommend this place to anyone. He won’t work on anything unless he thinks he’s going to make alot of money from it. If you ask me, he didn’t work on my husbands bike because he didn’t want to in the first place because he wouldn’t have made enough money off it. Terrible customer service.
