From a 1⭐️ to a 5⭐️: Superior Ford Went Above and Beyond

I live in Oklahoma, just an hour from Superior Ford. Unfortunately, dealerships in Oklahoma don’t participate in the Ford Parts program, which means I can’t use my Ford Points to purchase parts online and have them shipped to a local dealership. When I received a discount offer from the Ford website, I decided to use my points and have the parts shipped to Superior Ford in Siloam Springs.

Unfortunately, the parts arrived late and damaged.

What I didn’t realize at the time is that the dealership acts merely as a middleman in this process. They don’t receive payment or sales credit for these orders, and they have no direct way to process refunds for parts purchased through the Ford website.

Despite these challenges, the leadership at Superior Ford went above and beyond to make things right for me—even though the purchase didn’t go through them.

I have to give huge kudos to Chris, who personally reached out to resolve the issue. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I’m very grateful for his efforts and for the dealership’s willingness to step up in a situation where they weren’t at fault.

This experience also highlights a significant issue with the Ford Parts and Ford Pass programs. These programs put dealerships in a tough spot with their poor execution, and it’s easy to see why some states refuse to participate.

Thank you, Superior Ford, for turning this situation around. I’m now seriously considering making the drive to Superior for my next Ford purchase!

This is the first time that I have bought from Superior Ford in Siloam Springs. I was searching for a used Ford Raptor and ending up working with Clay Johnson. He was an outstanding salesman. He had a zero pressure approach and did everything possible to make sure I was happy with the truck. Secondly, the sales manager (I forgot his name) was very polite and made sure that both parties were satisfied on trade-in and the purchase. Both of these individuals have went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and continue to make sure that I’m satisfied. You don’t get that treatment at every dealership so it was good to see in a “not so good” automobile market. Thank you Clay and I’m sure we will work together again.

Matt Legrand Was great to work with and I’ve honestly never had an easier experience purchasing a new vehicle and I buy new vehicles more than anyone should. ?
They were honest, fair, and did exactly what they said they would do. We had a rough experience a few days ago at McClarty Daniel. Superior Ford was a refreshing change of pace. Thank you so much for being honest and straightforward and not trying to bait and switch people. Matt was great and low pressure. They beat McClarty Daniel’s price right out of the gate! Bo in finance was patient, made us laugh, talked us through everything and was fantastic as well! Thank y’all! You’ve earned my business!

This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle through Rikki. Her and superior ford made the car buying experience easy and efficient. (The snacks are better on the service side though, haha)

Thanks, guys!

I was trying to buy a used car and that was absolutely the most unprofessional atmosphere I have ever seen at a dealership. I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Superior but this is an absolute joke. It is a circus and I cant believe it is tolerated. I do business with other Superior stores in Bentonville/Fayetteville with zero issues. A frat house would run that place better. This is my 4th time in there in the last 6 months and it is basically the same thing every time. I have had good luck with the company but that used store is an absolute mess. Please do better, I know Superior expects better than what this store is doing. There is no way ownership thinks that atmosphere is acceptable

CAUTION - Do no get service done here. I recently took my 2019 f150 with 45K miles in for a noise in the front end. After 3hrs they told me BOTH CV axles needed replaced. Keep in mind my truck doesn't go off road. Yes, I did put a lift on it @ 20K miles, but never drove it off-road. I questioned how both could be bad as such low mileage. $1,700 later pulled away from the dealership, and it made the EXACT same noise that I brought it in for. Brought it back for a 3rd time and had the mechanic that worked on it ride with me. I was able to reproduce the sound a dozen times. I asked him how he determined it was BOTH CV Axles, and how he didn't hear the same sound as he test drove it after replacing both CV Axles. No response from the mechanic. Next they said it was the lower tie rod, which they wanted another $300 for. After 30 mins, of back and forth with the service mgr. they agree to cover the cost/labor for this this repair. Picked it up and I'll be damned if it didn't still make the same noise that I originally brought it in for. They tried to say there were other sounds that they fixed (B.S.) and Service Mgr. said I needed to take it to a 4-whell shop that does lifts. Well long story short - the popping sound was from the camber bolts. They just needed tighten up. Not only will I never service any of my vehicles there, I'll never buy a vehicle from there, and I'll make sure ALL friends and family know not to do business there in the future. Recommendation - If you can't find the problem, just say that and don't throw parts on a vehicle hoping it repairs something. That's not a good business practice.
