First time renting an RV and a great experience. They did all the set up and delivery (for a fee). RV was clean and even had a gift basket waiting for us with mugs and a T shirt 🙂 Michelle was awesome. Vols lost to the Hogs, but it wasn't the Bear's fault.

Highly recommend Sugarbear Express. Michelle was absolutely wonderful and was so informative when I asked so many questions due to never renting a camper before. Would absolutely use them again and the delivery made our trip stress free. We just showed up and were ready to camp! My sister and I had the best time and they even provided us free tshirts and cute little Sugarbear mugs. The camper was clean, had everything necessary for our trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.

This is our second time renting from SugarBear Express. We rented for 9 nights over spring break. Big Bear 2 is very well maintained, very clean and well stocked. We cooked many meals while on the road and had everything we needed. We added the linen package and the kids loved the stuffed mermaid and shark that matched the bedding. Very easy rental process from pickup to return. Michelle was very quick to communicate and answer any questions we had.

Our family of 5 rented a 32’ (class A) RV from Sugarbear Express RV Rentals and had an amazing experience. We’ve been wanting to purchase a RV and be able to share many of my favorite childhood camping experiences growing up with our own children and this was the perfect opportunity to do that. Prior to leaving the parking lot, owner Michelle and staff gave us a tutorial walkthrough inside and out of the RV explaining how everything worked. They also included a concise troubleshooting handbook of what you need to know regarding the RV’s functionality and what should happen when in the order of importance to ensure our experience was a success. When we had a question at the campground regarding the RV, Michelle was quick to respond clarifying to resolve our issue. She is very personable and can relate to our family needs, not to mention her background knowledge of camping and capabilities of the RV we rented. Overall, Sugarbear Express exceeded our expectations in terms of renting an RV. Since it was such a stress-free experience, it enabled our family to make lasting, fun filled memories we will recall for many years. Thank you Sugarbear Express!
