Posting another review to piggy back off the one I did a month ago.
After months of frustration and ongoing issues, this situation has only gotten worse. The shop finally contacted us—but only after we posted negative reviews everywhere. They knowingly returned our car with glaring problems: a hood that isn’t even a Honda hood, leaving unsightly gaps because it doesn’t fit properly; buff marks all over the front of the car; and an improperly installed windshield causing condensation to form inside. Despite cleaning the windshield multiple times to confirm the issue, it’s clear it wasn’t sealed correctly. To make matters worse, they admitted that an unskilled technician botched the paint job, which still needs to be fixed to this day.

Now, they want the car back for 2-3 days to “correct” their mistakes, yet refuse to help with a rental car—despite us having to pay out of pocket for two weeks the last time they promised a 2-3 day repair. Their lack of accountability, reliance on unqualified workers, and blatant disregard for quality or customer care is appalling. This level of incompetence and neglect is unacceptable, and I strongly urge others to avoid this facility entirely.

Both cars I have had repaired for hail damage recently look great and were finished on time. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I will definitely continue doing business with them in the future.

I can't even begin to tell you how remarkable this collision place is. Ok, let me try. First of, I went to their sister store that couldn't pre order parts because they didn't have the space to do so. They sent me to Siloam location and what a relief! 1) they pre ordered my parts 2) allowed me to come the following week so I could get a rental for a full week and thus save money 3) gave me a ride from Siloam to Rogers 4) let me know I had left a couple of my things there, so I wasn't freaking out looking for my wallet 5) oh, and the first day I met them they covered my busted back window with a sticky film that stayed on until I had to drop it off that next week!!! Now the appraiser has deemed my vehicle a total loss and they are allowing me to keep it there, and stay in my rental, until I get things figured out. I'm telling you, if you are looking for a collision center... THIS IS THE ONLY ONE IN MY BOOK!!!!!! Thank you Bob Maloney of Siloam Springs you guys are rockstars ?

I've been using this company over the last few weeks as they are transitioning to new ownership. The previous and current people have all been fantastic. We had one vehicle fixed and took another up there the next day due to hitting a deer, and they have been very attentive and quick to help keep things moving. Kenny, Brett, and Caitlin have been wonderful to work with and I'll use them in the future for any other issues.
