The autoplex is a great dealership, Shane K is what gives this place a bad name. I was in sales for well over a decade and I remember the verbiage and wordplay we would be trained to use BUT we were always told DO NOT LIE. Apparently whoever trained Shane to do his job left that tidbit out. My mom is pushing 60 years old and hasn’t had a new car since I was a kid, she finally decided she deserved it and did just that. My mom was so excited and asked many questions to Shane because she wanted to know she was taking this leap for good reason. Shane sold her an extended warranty, like all salesmen do, and used something as an example if it went wrong, they’ll fix with no deductible/payment. Ironically the exact issue he referenced actually happened. Big surprise, Shane said he didn’t say that and it’s her problem. One day it will be the wrong person to lie to, trust. A dollar ain’t worth your integrity, especially to an older woman who you clearly “man-splained” to the entire time. Reap then sew buddy.

They are by far one of top auto service centers in the state, I know I've been through my share of them over the years.

I would give ZERO stars if allowable. My husband and I purchased a truck for our son 2 weeks ago. It started giving us troubles before we even put 50 miles on it. We took it back and they insist nothing is wrong with it. Thank GOD we purchased a warranty, because they refuse to give us our down payment back. Hopefully whatever it is can be fixed by the warranty. The owner just told me we could use the warranty anywhere, so we'll see. PLEASE be cautious and get the vehicle thoroughly checked out by a mechanic before you sign the papers. We didn't because East Park has had such a good reputation, but they obviously do not care about keeping the reputation good. It's sad.

Miss Murph being there. He always picked out a few vehicles for me to drive, told me where to start and would let me take each one for a couple of days until I picked out what I wanted. Those were the good old days!

I bought a used truck there last year. The problems started when the heater wouldn't work. When I called them, I was told I bought a used truck and there was nothing they could do. I'm now 4 trips to the shop and over 3k in repairs to fix the heat, AC, and a hesitation in the engine. Its still not right. If I could give them negative stars i would. I would not recommend them to anyone!
