STEALS YOUR MONEY!!!

I took my Polaris RZR to his shop back in march of 2024 to have a transmission replaced and some work done to the sound system. It was all paid up front and the transmission was supposedly ordered within 2 weeks after dropping off the machine. After several months I finally got my machine back from him in October with ZERO work being done. Little to no communication throughout. Constantly citing being busy as the reason. Now he will not refund any of my money like he said. He still has $5,582.41 of my money that he has had since march. He said the money would be refunded in 7-10 business days after picking up the rzr. Then changed it to a check was sent. Then it changed to an issue with payment processors and changing processors. He will not answer the phone or make any attempt to return my money. I have screenshots of EVERYTHING. The Attorney Generals office has been contacted and a consumer complaint has been filed. Unfortunately he still will not return any of my money after not doing anything to my rzr except parking it outside for almost a year. The texts from him said the old transmission was out, that was a lie and I have pictures once the machine was back in my possession and the transmission was actually pulled. I am meeting with an attorney this week to pursue some sort of legal action. Sam Mears is a nice guy when talking to him in person and has done minor work for me in the past without issue. But if you have anything legitimate needing done, I would save your money and learn how to do it yourself or go anywhere else that doesn’t literally steal your money

Absolutely the worst place ever. They lied for 13 MONTHS! EVERYTIME we called we got some different lie. Finally around the end we just showed up and drove up THEIR DRIVEWAY TO THE SHOP. THEY CAME OUT AND said we were trespassing on their property. When THEY HAD MY PROPERTY. that was being paid for might I add. My bike is now.more damaged than it was and it's beyond repair. Everything was rusted. They even lied and said it was starting. Hahahaha. We we picked her up her parts were all out. The broke my front mirror. The reason the make you make an appointment is because they are liars and want to make sure they can come up with something before you show up. I'm so saddened I chose them and believed they could fix Lola. What a sorry excuse for a business. I was always talking to someone different. I had to block my number just for them to answer. They thought I was "disrespectful" then. I'm a Gemini, they got the nice side of someone holding my property hostage. Please do everything to shut them down. They even said their dog could attack my dog. I repeat if you need anything more than your gas tank filled go somewhere that is actually a professional and not a money hungry small man narcissist.

I recently took my dirt bike to Trouble Maker Motorsports, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. After experiencing some mechanical issues, I was concerned about the cost and how long repairs would take. To my surprise, they had the bike fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I'll admit i was skeptical because of some reviews but Sam was friendly and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the issues and what needed to be done. They had my bike back to me within a couple of days, which was impressive. The quality of the repairs was top-notch; the bike feels as good as new, and I have no complaints.

Overall, Trouble Maker Motorsports exceeded my expectations with their fast service and affordable rates. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dirt bike repairs

If this place has anything above a 1 rating it’s a lie. The owner hasn’t learned about southern hospitality you can tell he’s not from down south. Did not want to give me my wheeler back, I’m a truck driver so my time is precious. Communicated with the owner regarding getting my wheeler back, in the end had to get the police involved. He told me I could come and get my wheeler when I made it back in town off the road, showed up around 7 pm to him telling me it was after business hours and I could come back the next morning. Had wheeler for over two weeks with no work done, paid 250 for a diagnostic fee which the diagnostic was no where near ACCURATE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED TOYS HERE.owner says I was removed from his property by the police, I called the police and u left on my own free will. Unlike the owner I am a professional and I would never jeopardize my freedom. I don’t need to steal money from people unlike the owner.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THUS SHOP! DO NO USE THIS SHOP. I should have done my research online before taking my bike. He charged over $1,000 to clean carburetor & “do a top end rebuild” but pretty sure he didn’t rebuild anything just took off and cleaned it. He was quick to take the money but the 4 wheeler never worked. I rather take the loss than have him have the bike another 3-5 months. Very disappointing how people lie and just take advantage of people.
