I don't recommend this place unless you want to be overcharged. Service always has to mark up charges. Prices on bikes are also marked up. If you want or have the extra money to spend due to this being the only place to purchase a motorcycle in this crummy town then take your chances. But I highly don't recommend it.

I called and made an appointment to get a rear tire put on my motorcycle and was quoted a price for the tire and a price for installing it. When I got there, they didn't have the tire and the only tire was $100 more. It was supposed to be a little over $300 and ended up being $450. Sold the tire I made an appointment to have installed and had no choice but to get it installed because I rode the bike there and tire on the bike was done. I should have believed all the negative reviews. I do lots of business with people and they didn't even say sorry or try to make it right. No more business at this place!!

Drove 5.5 hrs to pick up a used bike from there. Everything was as Allie said it would be, no unpleasant surprises, no charges beyond what we agreed to beforehand. At my request, they also went out of their way to collect original parts from the previous owner. After I got back home, I got a call from Allie to make sure I made it back ok. Perfect way to do business.

I don't even want to give this place 1 star. We will never do business with them again. Wish I had read the reviews before we spent $900 to service our Polaris. We took it in with issues and asked them to go through it and fix what was wrong. First time we took it out, it was worse than when we took it in. They never even looked at the clutch, which we found out later needed to be replaced. They put a belt on (which looks used), changed some fluids and said they didn't find anything wrong. $800 for that. When my husband called, all they could do was say they have no where to get the sxs up to speed to diagnose. I don't know how their service dept stays in business. They don't know what the hell they are doing. Beware!!

This is a great store. Easy to deal with. And they know there business. And the prices are really really good. The new CF Moto 450 love it. And they are very easy to talk to. They didn't pressure us when we were there. These bikes were at a Great price. They even tagged it and brought me the tag and registration to my house in Clarksville. Great people. Great Business. Thank you.

Stay away from this place, they price gouge, they’re not responsible for damages, and they could care less for your business.

I made a 1.5 hour trip to this place for a front tire. I was quoted $100 labor on top of the tire and Andy the service manager said, “we could scratch the rim changing tire, this happens often, we’re not responsible”. He then wanted me to sign a waiver. I questioned this and he said, “you can take your business elsewhere”.

I contacted the GM and he said the same thing.

The worst motorcycle shop I’ve ever been to. The worst experience I’ve had in Arkansas.

I brought it in for a bad sensor to be replaced. They called and claimed it would run but other parts could use replaced and quoted an outrageous price. Told them to just replace the sensor.
When I went to pick it up it wouldn't charge. unrelated to the sensor that was bad, they agreed and said it must have went bad while sitting in the shop but also said it had no problems the day before.
Someone had unplugged the wiring harness and wanted to charge me for diagnostics and repairs. There is no way it would have not thrown codes the day before if it was plugged up and nothing "went bad" overnight because plugging up the harness fixed the issue. The mechanic wouldn't even claim it was an accident on his part just that he didn't do it. Don't know if they work on commission but every other shop is back logged 3 weeks min they got mine in the next day. Worst kind of mechanic break it so they can fix it and if I didn't have a general knowledge then it would have cost hundreds more.
Don't bring anything there for repairs. Lied to, swindled, and No telling how many people this has happened to.
