Allan has been in the business for a long time & knows how to get you fixed up. He even called me from his home when he was away from the store to see what he could do to ensure I have the best sound possible in my vehicle. They got me in & out of there quickly with a super clean installation. I will definitely be using them in the future.

On 11/15/24, I purchased their store brand 8” sub and a custom box. The sub sounds absolutely fantastic & has a 1yr warranty for manufacturing defects. A few weeks after purchase, I had no bass output. After contacting Allen, he asked me to come down to the shop and he helped me find my issue & troubleshoot. It is very clear to me that customer service is held to a high standard here, and I have no doubt of that at all. I will be bringing my future business here again and will be recommending this place and their products to others!

Had a system installed and was having problems with audio cutting in and out, so I brought it back to the shop to see what they thought, they checked it out and said that it was probably my amp and wanted me to buy a new one. I tried to get the one I had diagnosed to see if that was actually the problem, but they wanted to charge me to unscrew two bolts to take out the seat to do it, so when I got home I started going through everything they had installed because the issue was that the amp wasn’t pulling enough power from the battery, (which typically doesn’t mean you have a bad amp.) After looking at everything, I lift up the carpet to see that they had drilled a hole straight through the floor of my truck for the power wire (carpet was absolutely soaked underneath because there’s literally two holes in the floor) and drilled another hole through the bottom for the ground, instead of putting it on any other bolt like a reasonable person would do, and running the power wire through the firewall like a real professional would. Turns out I didn’t need to buy another $400 amp from them, my only problem was that the power wire was just all cut up from being rubbed against the hole that they cut in my truck. Super glad it didn’t catch fire after seeing what they had left me with. Wouldn’t have had any issue with this place because I was happy with the installation before and would have been happy if they wanted to fix what they had caused, but after I figured out the tacky job they had done, and after the owner wanted to charge me to unscrew two bolts to test their work, I took it to Vision Autosports and they fixed all their problems and re-ran everything professionally.

I went to River Valley Electronics because my dad recommended them because he got great service there. Allan is the owner and he is really great at making sense of everything I was wanting to do. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and Patrick installed the stereo, mounted the speakers in the box and mounted the amp. Allan and Patrick really helped me take my 2010 Ford Explorer to the next level. My friends can hear me coming over a block away. The sound is very rich and the bass absolutely slams. My system is River Valley Electronics brand from start to finish. I would tell anyone who appreciates quality products that are customized for the user to run, not walk to Allan and Patrick at River Valley Electronics!

River Valley Electronics is the best stereo shop I've ever been into. The owner is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of his products. He always has the answers to any questions anyone has about stereo/speaker and amps. He has a wide variety of speakers and amps. His store is a playground to someone into car stereo systems. I wanna give a huge shoutout to Allan Roy at River Valley Electronics for always looking out for his people! I hooked it all up last weekend and then detailed the suv this week for some good pics!! His subs and amps are some of the best I’ve heard in a long time not only that look at the size of that omega 8”, this thing bumps for two 8’s!!
These are his omega 8” 800 rms 4ohm
And his 1500v2 amp that has a fan in the bottom to help with cooling! Plus he has his own wiring kit aswell!! Go check my dude out!
