Great down to earth people!! I 100% recommend K&K marine. They got in me in their busiest time and kept me and my husband up to date with every step of getting our pontoon boat fixed. And if it needed something else they called us and informed us what and why, also didn’t move further until we have them the go ahead. Very respectful and nice people here! Glenn is AMAZING!! I wouldn’t recommend nor take my boat elsewhere!

I reached out to Glenn for service on my boat. He was very honest with his current backlog, the timeline to find a part and the timeline to repair boat. He is a man of his word.

He was very accurate in his estimate and repaired the boat in the time frame in which was originally discussed. Very happy with the service from K&K Marine for the replacement of power steering actuator and general repairs. I would highly recommend K&K Marine based on my experience.

First of all this is not K&K Marine Service. Glenn moved to another place a few years ago. I don't know if this place is still open. My pontoon boat is behind a locked gate and I don't know what's going on. It would be nice to be contacted if they have gone out of business or having a family emergency to call and let their customers know what is happening.

Called to get estimate on getting a couple of lower-unit seals replaced on my old outboard which has been a great little motor for years and years. He dismissed it as a waste of his time and promptly hung up. I have another boat and now I know where not to take it.

these guys are a bunch of crooks, my father in law brought his motor up there for a quote, and when he went to pick it up they had did the work on the motor without his permission and charged him for it. he just wanted a quote for what it would cost to fix it. and for them to do it this time of year is ridiculous. if i could give them no stars thats what they deserve. told them twice to call before they did anything and they just did it anyways.
