Have you ever had a $10,000 dirtbike and you wanted to speak to someone who is knowledgeable someone who works on bikes has bikes road bikes knows about bikes there is a gentleman I had contact with his name is Chris all I can say is although I don’t live in California I will be ordering parts through him as he knows all the parts that are correct which ones Are still available and the knowledge of installing them comforting that I won’t be shipping any parts back and I’ll be getting all the parts right the first time.. my contact with this gentleman, I found him to be extremely friendly knowledgeable told me to call back if I needed any more information I wanted to say that in today’s society trying to find someone who actually knows what they’re talking about is certainly extinct in the workplace.. I also had contact with the sales manager and left him know that with my 458,000 views on my Google content I will be letting others know of the caliber of the shop…. Thank you for taking out your busy day to assist me with my KX 250. I will be diagnosing it further and letting you know exactly what parts I will need special thanks to the team that hired this gentleman as I can’t tell you the countless times I’ve gone to a parts store and I was speaking to a woman, who clearly didn’t have a clue on what I was talking about… five star service and shop knowledge being extremely critical when deciding on which Shop I want to spend my money with!!! I had a great experience purchasing an excf at this awesome shop. Ben helped me with the negotiations and the owner of the store was helpful with giving me a fair price on Dirt Bike.

They were on top of the recall that the new model had (start/stop switch). They had it already swapped before I even asked.

The service department has all the parts and oils that you need. Skidplates and other protective gear. Granted some stuff may need to be pulled in from the manufacturer.

Overall it's a good store with a MASSIVE inventory of all types of bikes ranging from Honda, Kawasaki , BMW 1000R to KTMs and even quads.

Bought my first motorcycle from these guys. They were all professional, knowledgeable, and created a very welcoming environment. I had looked at other dealerships prior to coming to Ken and Joe's, but I always felt pressured into making a quick purchase. Money minded business, trying to loot the customers. I had bought a bike from them which they had definitely overpriced and on top of that they also tricked me into buying extended warranty. Unfortunately, the bike wasn't of my style and I had approached them for a trade in and buy another one of my likes. They were so rude and lowballed me on the trade in and lied about the bike I was going to buy from them that they already took a deposit, just to avoid me. ( 2 months later- the SOLD GOLDWING is still there) Few days later I was able to sell the bike at another dealership for way more than what "Ken and Joe" had offered and I approached them again as I wanted to cancel the extended warranty as it was within 60 days and I should be able to cancel and get a full refund. But they had to make me run around and go to them personally and sign to cancel and on top of that they needed another letter from the dealership I sold the bike to and they were gonna refund me a prorated refund after 6-8 weeks. But when I contacted the warranty company AEGIS, the customer care helped me cancel it the same day, that too online and guaranteed me full refund and they send the check to Ken and Joe the next day. Of course they had to keep the check with them and make me wait, and I called them 2 weeks later and I texted them with the screenshots from AEGIS promising me full refund, for that they said, oh we already had send the check but it got returned back to them, but will resend.( They had previously send me the title at the same address - another lie) Finally I got the check few days ago. Hope this review reach maximum and I'm definitely not going back there.

I live in NJ and bought something off their ecommerce store and I have to say their customer service and repsonse on THEIR OWN is outstanding. They answer questions before I ask them. If I ever buy a KTM in california im going here.
