I have nothing but good words to say about the owner Andrew and his company Moto United. 10/10 experience. The shop itself is beautifully setup, with everything you can possibly need; and all the employees were happy to assist with any questions I had and provided great service. Purchasing the GSXR was a piece of cake and was in and out in 2 hours, including the bike being built out of the box. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely great experience. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and were happy to help me out. Luis worked really hard to make a deal with me on a brand new 2024 Hayabusa, and Nate and Kim were very helpful with answering questions and making the process of buying a motorcycle I never imagined I'd own super simple and painless. I was very impressed with both the staff and the bike; 400 miles in a weekend on a comfortable sport bike with endless power was both exciting and relaxing at the same time. Definitely check them out if you're in the market for something fun!

I saw that Moto United had the only color of the GSX-8R I wanted anywhere near me while on FB Marketplace.
So I called in and spoke to Ramone, I think his name was, and he immediately confirmed it was there, so I set an appt to go down and check it out.
As soon as I got there, he took me over to the bike, and it was exactly what I wanted. I sat down with him and told him i came in with cash to buy it then and there, i told him what I wanted, and that was it. Either they could take it, or I could leave.
He went and talked with finance, and of course, they made him counter, which I expected but still stuck with my terms.

To be fair, their finance manager was awesome as well once i met with him!

They only tried only last time, to which I still said no. Ramone then came back and said if I can get you what you want, will you take it today? I, of course, said yes and an hour later (buying gear and what not) rode it home.

That was probably the best experience I have ever had in a dealership, and I'm a service advisor that has worked in dealers for the last decade in one way or another... Good job guys, and thank you for the great service. I'll probably be back once its time to upgrade....

Shout out to Chris! Who helped me with consultation and was overall welcoming! His enthusiasm helped play a roll on me purchasing my Suzuki! Also shout out to the sales&parts crew! They helped me purchase a helmet, gave good feedback regarding safety gear (I purchased a vest and Cardo Spirit device - which I highly recommend). Purchased a 2022 back sept 13th 2024 and now it’s February 12025 and I’m still waiting on my paperwork 5 months is unreal I also a continuous brake problem on my 2022 Polaris Slingshot R everyone seem very helpful at the time of purchase but now I’m on the no call back list so I’m reaching out to a lawyer to see what I can do Beware Buyers
