We just bought a Phoenix from Last Chance Performance Marine!!! I personally want to thank Dan, Mike, Tyler and Lynne for their patience, kindness and customer service with my family. We had a lot of questions and they answered all our questions through multiple phone calls and visits. They treated us like family and let us stand on the boat and touch everything for as long as we needed. They didn’t try to push a sale on us but gave us time to think about what we wanted and just gave us guidance based on their experiences. It definitely is a far drive for us to go there but with their customer service, we would recommend them to family and friends. We learned that if you treat people how you want to be treated, then you’ll have a great experience. Thank you Last Chance Performance Marine!!

Well where to start. Service manager is lacking in communication skills with respect his sarcastic remarks. Not sure why it would take 4 mechanics 30 days to do simple repairs. Then they tried too sell me a "not on our inventory " part for over 200.00 more than the quoted price. Do not waist your time or money with them. Not worth the aggravation.

tried buying a motor but the person in charge of the shop can't seem to keep his head on straight , dose not follow up on requested information even after multiple attempts just alot of I'm working on it kind of thing. nothing but hot air being blown out ! doesn't follow through on anything so i just gave up. will try a different shop that can maybe do better. disappointing...

Where do I start... came in to repair a precious boat that was handed down to me by my recently departed mother. I asked for a full inspection. Chris called me weeks later to tell me all the things wrong...15,000! I opted out for only the repairs that were major and important. Needless to say I got the run around from chris for MONTHS, his communication is horrific. Finally he said it was ready and after paying almost 4,000 in repairs we inspect the boat to find the repairs requested was not done and items repaired that we did not request. We left our boat there with the understanding that chris would see to our boat personally on all the repairs. They were suppose to replace my tank...he says 1st tank wouldn't work so they ordered a second one, then a second one didn't fit and quoted me for a new tank but refused to pay 1500 for actual tank that would fit that chris promised to replace with the initial estimated cost. He said " we will not eat the cost for it* .Yet, weeks later, 3 months of having our boat they say it was complete. Finally we go to check it out and all looked ok until we got it home and the tank they clean with enzymes and placed a coating over ( because they refused to pay for a new one) cracked in half!!! Now chris and some lady who says she is the owner is refusing to fix or replace the tank they ruined. Chris had the ordacity to issue me an idol threat saying the company has lawyers and i would be waisting my time because i have no recourse of action! He said he would personally fix the tank himself and now several weeks later no word. So I guess it's off to court I go!!!
