Jesse Is a very smart dude knows what he's talking about. I've put a lot of trust into him and he comes thru whether it's fixing something or just gaining knowledge you can trust him and his shop. I will say his mechanic is nothing to brag about sure he can fix stuff knows his way around boats but I think he should find someone better, that's just my opinion. Jesse knows what he's doing so I can't argue w that.

Horrible experience. $1900.00 to replace my raw water pump. The boat has easy access and is in mint condition. No troubleshooting involved. I merely brought my boat in and asked for the water pump to be replaced. After multiple changes to the estimate I was in a pinch and had to agree to their hiked up price to get the boat repair done. The OEM pump is $655.00. That means the rest was labor $1250.00 labor to change the pump on a modern Mercruiser V8 I will never go back to these pirates for service. The previous owner of this company unfortunately passed away and somehow these new owners continue to survive with their price gouging preditory way of doing business. He must be rolling over in his grave.

Customers beware.
I spoke to Jesse of HP Marine this morning regarding a used Mercury outboard he had listed for sale on Craigslist. He had posted a picture and description of condition and price. After a brief discussion he said it was available and gave me his address to his shop. I drove 35 miles with the intention to buy it.
When I arrived at Jesse shop, he was not there, I spoke with a person working behind the store counter and said I spoke to Jesse and I'm here to look at the Mercury outboard you have listed on Craigslist. As I was inspecting the engine the person working behind the counter called Jesse and Jesse told them to tell me that was a customer's engine and it wasn't for sale.

I walked into this place to buy a replacement trailer jack for my boat, and they didn't have any in stock. When I asked the Front desk lady to order one for me she told me that she needs my trailer information, so when I told her that I have all the information she needs to order the Jack, she start bringing up excuses and seamed didn't wanted to help. Terrible customer service I'm glad I didn't bring my boat to this place to get work done on it.

has ignored my calls and emails for over a year , we repaired a brake job that they incorrectly installed and said they would send a check for the repairs and then they vanished. be cautious if your taking your boat or trailer for repairs because they are not professionals

Hp marine was the worst experience I’ve had with serving my sea Doo they do not finish work on time they don’t provide updates on their work. They can’t even return a phone call. Their customer service is awful.
