Sales, service, and managers are all amazing. I came into shop to look around. They were very no pressure and extremely helpful. Baeu help me find the perfect bike for my budget and riding style. Highly recommend for all beginner to experienced riders. After sale they went over every part of the bike to help educate me. Even topped off the tank for me. I'll be doing all my future services and purchases from Powersports of Vallejo.

My story starts when I purchased a classic '76 KZ900LTD from a friend. Pete in parts found exactly what I needed including 'todays' spark plug application. I was able to complete the work to get the bike on the road in good time. NO HICCUPS. Ive returned several times for parts for the KZ and my Interceptor. But it came time for a new bike. PowerSports of Vallejo gave me top notch service and because of the parts guy, thats where I bought my Busa. Well guess who did the walk around? Pete!! super knowledgeable without making me 'drink from a firehose'. NOTE; the computer system can be complicated, (read the owners manual) but I wasn't intimidated cuz he was pretty darn thorough without over complicating it. Im a huge Motorhead, and know my way around bikes/cars/boats, etc. I felt comfortable not pressured, and GAVE me a fair price. So I highly recommend PowerSports of Vallejo. BTW my interceptor is for sale... LOL

The whole experience with Powersports of Vallejo was professional from start to finish. I needed warranty work done that another certified dealer refused to work on, and they took the job with no hesitation. During this process, I got in touch with the sales dept and bought a new Kawasaki. Beau was extremely knowledgeable regarding anything motorcycle-related. I will be doing business with them again. Im bummed I don't live closer because I would exclusively use the excellent service department to keep my new bike dialed in.

Good place for parts. They'll have it in stock. But you might get someone coming out to the sidewalk to sell you extra things. Not sure if they're actually working for the place or not.
