Staff was very knowledgeable and assistive as has been true for a long time. They helped in picking out a new helmet and listened to what I was looking for instead of just pushing the store brands. Corporate hadn't sent them one of the models I wanted to try, but that's no fault of the staff. Transaction was great and I'll be back again.

Update: Back again for parts and accessories this time. Same great level of service!

I had a fantastic customer experience. I'll admit I had half a mind to go in and find what gear fit my wife then just order it cheaper online. But the fact that every employee in that store took time to explain all the different safety ratings, material properties, and features of all gear made me buy in store. I also looked online later, and I wouldn't have saved money anyways. Their pricing was very good. Also, no one tried to pressure me in to buying the super expensive gear. Great people and a great place to shop.

The Hoover store is awesome. Considering where I live. I could either go to Huntsville, or Hoover. But I chose Hoover just for their customer service. They know their products. And most importantly, they know how to treat a customer.

Dropped into this store today while on a multi-state trip out of Florida. Awesome staff!! Had to grab some rain gear and they helped us fix a comms problem while there! These guys are absolutely amazing. I was racing locally at little Tally and went down during practice braking a brake lever and putting my racing in that class up in the air, I called everywhere and could not find a replacement until I called here and they by some miracle had one and a short drive later I had it and installed it on my bike. This allowed me to go on to place second in the class for the bikes for ever race, I 10/10 would recommend them they are amazing and will do everything they can to get you taken care of.
