Called the store on Saturday and took it in on Sunday they asked me if I could leave it. I said yes they said it’d be done by two 3 o’clock and when I called and asked about it is that oh we’re almost done. I get there and done the front tires yet understandable. They only had one tire tech, but they did an amazing job getting it done for me and these tires look awesome.

Would leave a zero star rating if I could. Scheduled an appointment and dropped my truck off at 9:15am for an alignment. At 12:45 I come back in and it’s still in the same spot as I parked it. Store manager then has it pulled into a bay. At 2:30 pm I come back and it still isn’t done. Store manager tells me 20 more minutes then has it pulled into a different bay. 45 minutes later manager tells me 20 more minutes. Now I’m furious around 3:35pm they pull my truck around to leave. Giving me paper works (picture below) saying they fixed the tow on the left front and toe/camber on the right front. Now the caster on the right front is off and the steering wheel is 20-30 degrees off to the left side. On the drive home it’s also pulling hard to the left. Wasted 6+ hours of my day with an appointment now I get to go get an alignment from a real mechanic tomorrow.

I had a blowout on the Interstate and it was late on Sunday afternoon. Called Tire Center and explained the situation and they said if I got there before closing they would take care of me. Got there in tow truck a half hour before they closed and they kept their word!! Robert was GREAT!! Extremely Impressed!!!

My experience with Tire Choice Auto Center has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. The staff, particularly Lester, has been consistently evasive, deflecting my questions and failing to provide clear solutions. I had to repeatedly call to follow up and figure out the next steps. When I finally spoke to Robert the next day, he gave me a completely different story, providing inconsistent explanations about why the estimate was taking so long and giving me a vague price range that felt like an attempt to overcharge me.

This wasn’t my first bad experience here. When I brought in my 2004 Toyota Sienna, they tried to convince me I needed a $900 repair for a "transmission oil leak." Thankfully, I cross-checked with my personal mechanic, who confirmed it was actually a coolant issue. After a pressure test, we fixed the problem. The fact that they would blatantly lie to make more money is unacceptable and unethical.

At first, I left them a good review, thinking their friendly demeanor was a reflection of good service, but I now see through their tactics. They are the classic example of shady mechanics. My most recent experience involved my 2020 Mercedes, where they tried to give me the runaround, claiming I needed "shims" and then suddenly bolts. They wanted to charge me three hours of labor, saying they had to remove the control arms—information that other shops confirmed was total nonsense.

This place has earned its low ratings for a reason. I’m here to validate that they are indeed untrustworthy and I will never return. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, avoid Tire Choice Auto Center like the plague.

Great spot for an alignment check and service. Multiple updates given and did a full safety inspection, all at a great price. Robert, the manager, was a huge help in explaining everything patiently and laying out the options for further service.

Thieves. I brought my car in today because I had a crooked steering wheel. And they returned it to me with a crooked steering wheel just going in the opposite direction. The guy who worked on it immediately got upset when I brought it up to their attention had an attitude the whole time we were on the test drive and to be honest I did not like the way he drove my vehicle with such disregard. Almost running stop signs I'm trying to show me stuff on paperwork while he's driving. Still got back and complained dramatically to The Man behind The desk about not wanting to do the work it would take to fix my steering wheel. So overall I paid them and left with the same problem I came in with they just stole my money is pretty much all that happened!! Go at your own risk but fair warning they will probably take your money and not do the work properly
