Miracle (I think that’s how you spell her name) was the most helpful person we could’ve ever encountered. We had issues with our credit card which ended up not allowing us to get a car but she did everything she could to help us get a car to get home. After about an hour of sitting in the airport figuring out our options she even came to check on us and make sure we were okay. Can’t thank her enough. Employee of the year 1000%.

Our flight from Denver was delayed for two (2) hours and we would be arriving later than the branch is typically open until. I called Enterprise before we left to see what arrangements I could make to still get a car that late. They told me that since I had included my flight information when I booked my car they would have someone stay to make sure that we were taken care of.
The service at the Birmingham airport is always top notch with amazing staff but this extra step was great. It is why my first choice has become Enterprise for my rental car needs wherever we travel. Birmingham is always quick for pickup with very courteous agents. Drop off goes very smooth and we have enjoyed how polite and considerate the agents that do check-in are. One even chased us into the terminal to return a phone that had been left on the console. That was amazing. Love working with people who take pride in their work. Kudos!

Renting with Enterprise has rarely been anything short of excellent. I recently traveled to Birmingham, Alabama. When I landed and picked up my baggage, Enterprise was ready for me.

The vehicle I received was a Free Upgrade! The vehicle was clean inside and out. It was also great on gas as well. I will continue to return to Enterprise for my rentals until they give me a reason not to return.
I also noticed that Enterprise had a wide selection of vehicles.

I arrived in Birmingham, AL at Enterprise at the airport (5900 Messer Airport Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35212) on Friday July 5, 2024 to pick up my rental. CJ assisted with completing the process for obtaining the car. I was handed the keys and told the car was parked in the garage and was given a number to locate the car. My children and I found the car in the parking garage, and noted visible damage on the car. fortunately at that moment, I saw CJ in the parking garage and told CJ that I noticed that the car was damaged. I requested a replacement car due to the visible damage on the car. CJ told me that enterprise is already aware of the damage and that I would be okay in the car. I told CJ that when he handed me the keys to the car, he did not mention the damage, nor did he come out to check for damages. I took the time to check the vehicle prior to leaving. CJ told me to wait in the garage and he would go and bring me the keys to the Mazda that was parked next to the damaged vehicle. My children and I removed our luggage and waited in the parking garage near the vehicle for over 20 minutes. I walked back to the Enterprise customer service counter and saw CJ assisting another customer. I told CJ that my children and I were waiting in the hot parking garage for 20 minutes for him to return with the replacement keys for the Mazda, as he had told us to wait there. CJ stated "I am assisting another customer and I was doing you a favor when I told you I would bring you back the keys." I told CJ that he left my children and I standing in the middle of a hot parking garage and did not have the basic courtesy to return with the keys for the replacement car prior to assisting a new customer. I told CJ he should have given me the option of returning to retrieve the keys for the new vehicle because I would have. I was outwardly upset about the situation, CJ then stated "if you keep talking, you will not get a car from us." At that time one of the other representative stepped in and told CJ that she would assist me further. The customer experience that CJ provided was poor and I am disappointed in the way I was treated because my children and I were in Birmingham to attend my deceased husband family reunion who passed away last August 2023. We are both retired military and the maltreatment that my children and I experienced was disheartening.

I was a loyal customer and a member of the Enterprise Plus program. My husband and I utilized Enterprise car rental services on several occasions and have always had a great experience, with the exception of the the abovementioned poor experience with CJ. I would recommend some additional customer service training for CJ to enhance his skills when providing customer support.

Blake who is the asst. manager will not help you and must have no customer service. Enterprise gave me a car and the horn did not work so after calling I was told to swap at this location. When I showed up he said they had no cars and were 60 cars short. Turns out after questioning they had 100 cars but would not give me one since I was sent here by enterprise customer service.. in his words “you’re not my customer.”. Terribly ran and not helpful. Enterprise should look into their staff at this location. I will use Hertz or another company instead.

An absolute disappointment. We had a situation with a vehicle and needed a swap. I called Enterprise and was told that the airport location is the only one with capacity to swap. The minute we arrived and expressed the situation, the manager was immediately dismissive and said no, he did not have a vehicle to place us in. This was a health situation, I explained the car had been smoked in and it was tightening my lungs, it would be very uncomfortable to drive 4 hours home in it. I went in the app and showed how it allowed me to rent a vehicle to pick up in 30 minutes which proved the availability of vehicles. He was adamant about not giving us a different vehicle. When I requested to communicate with someone else to seek an approval, he said he could not provide his supervisor's information. I feel saddened to say that I feel some of it had to do with my husband and I being Hispanics. The minute another customer came he simply stopped talking to us and walked off to them. We have rented with Enterprise always and have mostly received a respectful and professional experience. This location was certainly not representing what we have been used to. called the office from where the car was originally rented at and the manager could not understand why the airport location did not swap our vehicle. With a Hispanic population of less than 4% in this city it is possible this location is not use to Latinos beig able to rent cars. As ridiculous as it sounds, it is how we felt. I encourage this office to look into their employees and make sure they are treating all customers with Enterprise's high standards. Manager name on card was Carson Moss.

Blake was speedy and helpful! I ended up having to return my vehicle to this location after arriving at the Alabaster location at my noon drop off time, but they were already closed with no after hours drop off. Blake advised me that it was okay and that he would waive the change of location fee. I was so thankful for that!
