Glad others have had good experience here but my parents brought my car in for oil change and to rotate 2 tires that were mismatched. They didn’t do that and instead charged us for a rebalancing that we didn’t ask for. My dad even asked to make sure they switched the right tires and they said they did but didn’t. Maybe it was an honest mistake but feel like they took advantage of my elderly folks who were just trying to do me a favor.

So happy I chose to ask Aptos auto care if they could help me with a tire . Sadly, I Wasted over 45 minutes Did at Costco yesterday about tire with slow leak. Had to set up an appointment for days later. When I came in to Aptos auto care today they checked my tire repaired the leak from a nail and all within 20 minutes. They do great work and I will never go anywhere else!

Was in town on vacation and had a oil leak pop up due to a crack in the oil filter housing cap, these guys inspected it and found the problem and got the replacement cap in quick within a couple hours and got us back on the road. Much appreciated and great service, real life saver!

They did the first oil change on my 2024 Mazda 3 Sedan. They were slammed but still managed to fit me in without an appointment— they called me a couple of hours later to let me know it was done and I walked over. I provided the oil and the oil filter. All around it was a pleasant experience.

This place sucks!!!! It’s a third party company and they freaking charge you an arm and a leg as well as having you wait all day and coming up with stupid excuses. It’s not worth your time.

We made an appointment with Aptos Tire and Auto Care earlier this week for an oil change. They'd told us it could be between 1-1.5 hrs when making that appt. The day of our appt there was unexpected rain. When they learned we'd be waiting with our newborn, they made a point to have us in and out within 20-30min. Deeply appreciated! Kind, excellent service! Affordable price!
