I’ve moved out of the country and this haul location is apparently renting out a truck to me to be picked up this morning… do you check ID’s against bank cards for fraud?

Please report to local law enforcement, someone seems to be pretending to be in that corrupt crap-hole of a state and they are going to drive off in one of YOUR trucks under my name. Also your website doesn’t open in international web locations, so I couldn’t contact you by email nor website contact form.

A lot of UHaul dealers can be shady. This, my friends, is not one of them. Alex and the staff took PROACTIVE steps to help when the system miscalculated my quote by more than $100. Beyond that, they were super friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough—I’m a customer for life!

Once again U-haul plays it's game of saying they have an available trailer and when the franchise owner finds out it is a one way, the reservation gets declined on the day of the move. Go elsewhere.
