They lied about the parts and labor time and was very disrespectful when I tried discussing it with the manager and owner and I carried it to Longshore cycle center in Florence al the next day and they took pictures and showed me that s&w had lied about stuff that could have caused me to get in a accident and get me and my wife hurt extremely bad (brakes on a kawasaki concours 14 aren't something a mechanic should lie about and I told the owner I had to ride 100 miles to get to where I was going and it was 5:00 and they just left me standing in the parking lot with a $450 ticket I just paid saying how am I supposed to get home safely and the owner said if you want to leave it here another week go ahead and laughing and left..

Sorry lying people I ever deal with . Nothing but crooks and liars. Paid 1,200 to rebuild carb on 2 sea-doo paid them over 1.200 dollars and carry them home to the lake and they run the same as I took them. Said they done all they can do the parts wasn’t but 67.00 and over 1200 labor . And still not working and then these idiots lost my key to one of them still waiting on them to order it .nothing but crooks and liars running that place .

I had family to go to talk to someone about what to expect being a serious future potential buyer, but was basically laughed out the door. You need to have respect for all customers newbies or otherwise. Purchases that will be made in the near future will be done with another establishment that seemed happy to not only educate but help set a plan for them.

I had a great experience at S&W. We have bought several vehicles over the years there. Nothing compares to the service you will get there. They are not pushy about add-ons or anything else. We had recently tried to buy a UTV somewhere else, BIG MISTAKE. The other dealership wanted to charge us $10,000 over the list price. We called Whitt at S and W and he told us up front what it would cost. I am very satisfied with my purchase of my Honda Pioneer 700. We will never try to buy motorsports vehicles anywhere else again. VERY HAPPY.
