The sales people were great, took the time to explain the differences in generator sizes etc. set up my generators, filled them with gas and oil, made sure they worked, filled out my warranty card and carried them out to my truck. Excellent service! Thank you!

They answered my call, they had the mirrors I needed, an older gentleman that works here helped me install the mirrors outside the store with a wrench he allowed me to borrow. Happy theres a shop like this nearby.

Excellent prices, service and personnel. I am very pleased with my purchase. Look, these guys don’t beat around the bush. They are very professional and get to the point. No run around / B.S.

My Story:
I was in the market for a Honda Grom and shopped around various bike shops. I even went to a bike shop in Fremont. They all pretty much had the same prices plus or minus a few hundred dollars. After narrowing it down to 3 bike shops, I went through Costco to get the “Grom Coscto price.” A local bike shop was going to sell me the Grom at that Costco price…. BUT I decided to go with Cycle Stop-Honda because:

1) They were not aggressive in selling me the bike: I asked them a question, they answered it. I asked more questions they answered those, in a very respectable manner. I can’t say the same about the other bike shops.

2) They had a no B.S. price: they sold me the bike at a lower price than the Costco price. I was impressed since I didn’t ask them for any type of discount; I simply asked them how much they would sell me the Grom. It was literally no hassle.

3) At the time they had a total of 4 Groms in stock (3-2017 models and 1-2015 model). I was impressed since the other bike shops I visited had a wait list (you needed to put a deposit) or only had maybe one or two in stock, which meant they could raise the prices on you. I was glad to see Cycle Stop-Honda didn’t have this issue. In fact, they had a variety of colors to choose from… pretty neat if you ask me.

After I made the purchase I was waiting for our truck to haul the Grom away. To my surprise, the owner of the bike shop offered to deliver the bike that same day, even though it was after hours. Essentially not only did I get a good deal, I had free delivery. Thanks you guys!

Friday March 16.
Hours: 2:30 - 3:00.

By no means am I an unreasonable man. In fact, quite the contrary. However, when a business provides
their telephone number I assume it is so one may call, obtain service, or ask a question instead of/or before physically going there.

10 calls, all within the time frame above, and Cycle Stop Honda (CSH) skilfully displays an ability to both neglect, as well as provide customer care not unlike I may recieve through a helpline service placed in another country. Still, at least the employees in said offshore Service Hotline answer the phone.

Subsequently, I began to feel angry. In a decision to spare myself a further waste of time, and any employee that may eventually answer, I gave up. Instead I write this.

CSH AND THE ABILITY WITH WHICH THEY SO ADEPTLY ANSWER MY CALLS
TO THEN QUICKLY HANG UP IS INCREDIBLE.

NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL BE GOING IN, PHYSICALLY, TOMIRROW AND SPEAKING WITH MANAGEMENT.
