I scheduled a transfer from Aptos to SFO. The transfer before my trip to the airport was great. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience returning from the airport.

I emailed Ruben with flight arrival info, confirmed 3 days prior, and texted him the morning of notifying him of a delay. He responded with "Ok great!" and "Your transfer is confirmed." Upon landing, there was no driver at the airport and when I called him he very aggressively told me I would have to share because it's all my fault that my flight is late (mind you it was only a 2 hour delay that I notified him about 12 hours in advance). He was going to charge me $150 for a shared ride even though I confirmed a private ride. He was angry and blamed everything on me - never apologetic.

It's a shame because I was looking for a reliable service to use moving forward and will not be using Ruben in the future.

The driver showed up with only 1 headlight at 5 am to drive highway 17 from Santa Cruz to San Francisco . When i told him it was not safe he pulled out a package of light bulbs but after 20 minutes he could not fix the headlight. He lied and said it was fixed as he put the brights on to try and deceive me. Front tire looked low on air. No help putting the luggage in the car. Drove off with the side door open. I called the owner and he said” don’t worry about the headlight there’s not much traffic this time of the night !!!” Or he offered to bring my my family back
