Had a fantastic experience every time for different services such as changing the tires, changing the battery, checkup, etc. Great place with a great customer service and the best price you can get. I got my motorcycle checked a couple of times and they didn't even charge me anything. They also were very honest with everything and didn't try to make me pay for non-existent problems. 10/10 would recommend.

Best shop I’ve been to. The got me a great set of tires, changed oil, had the parts I needed and talked me through changing brake pads/ fluid, saved me when I stupidly stripped a nut replacing my rotor, and great communication on every part of the process. I’m telling everyone I can to take their motorcycles here. Small bonus I don’t know how or why but after they had my bike for a few hours the kickstand was working better. My motorcycle is happier every time it leaves we all ride

This is the best local shop. They are so helpful and able to answer all of your questions. If they do not have what you need they are always able to order it. Even if they can not work on your bike they are able to refer you to someone else. I love this place! Definitely a 5 out of 5. P.S. I love there dog

I try my best to shop local as I appreciate the difficulty in trying to run a business when the online world is closing in. I also like finding a place where there are like-minded moto fans to get advice and "talk shop" with. That said, they have to be able to counteract the cost difference and lack of convenience with customer service and parts availability.

I've used We All Ride for a few parts over the years and unfortunately they've always had to order the parts. I know it's a small shop, but not having the parts in stock (even though they were far from obscure things) is frustrating. Especially when there isn't a ton of communication about delays (happened on a set of tires I needed for my dual sport).

The final straw for me was my last trip in when looking for some turn signals. I went in wearing my mask (yay COVID!) and was a bit taken back when the guy behind the counter and the guy talking to him were both without masks. I thought it a bit odd but understand that others have a different perspective on COVID than my family and I do. I figured I would just keep my distance.

When that first customer left I assumed I would be helped, but instead the guy behind the counter said nothing until the next customer came in, completely ignoring me. The next customer (wearing a mask) commented on the lack of a mask and the guy behind the counter just shrugged and said "Oh, is that still a thing?"

It sucks to say, but if you want me to pay more than I can pay online, you have to earn my business. Poor customer service isn't the way to make that happen.

We’re standing in here right now working with Rich on the purchase of a new scooter and he’s seriously amazing. He helps with everything from figuring out a good fit for you to setting you up with the proper helmet. I feel much more secure in our purchase than I felt before.
