Friendly and helpful Salesperson Jane, no nonsense manager and nice folks behind counter and in service.

In addition to the low motorcycle price on NOS, they gave me 10% off parts as a new buyer.

But, a week later, I had could not restart my Honda CRF150R which I had heard are cold blooded and require a limber kicking leg.

Service Tech gave me some phone time, but after that initial help, I received persona non grata treatment despite repeated calls.

Though H.P. is not responsible for the race bikes they sell (nor are they responsible for a manufacturer's lean fueling), it would have been nice if they could just say privately that the pilot jets on these bikes need replacing for normal starting.

The silver lining is that I learned a lot about jetting, air and fuel systems. And, I am still happy with my purchase decision because of Salesman Jane and good price.

Hollister Powersports made my out of state purchase easy and smooth. I bought it at the end of March but had to keep it under wraps because I was flying in to surprise my Dad for his birthday. The ENTIRE staff is excellent from front to back. Rey and Rob on the floor. John in back at parts helped a lot with some add-ons. Victor and Matt in service as well as their crew helped with the last minute tweaks before the long ride home. They all helped with my Chieftain. I rode it 2,273 miles back to MN last week. They made it possible and it's the best bike I've ever owned.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Hollister Powersports that left me dissatisfied. After reaching out to Robert Sharp (Sales) regarding a particular bike and a possible trade, I was told send Photos and current registration of the bike, which I did promptly. Robert gave me a very lowball offer and said he would reach out to another company for a better payout and will call me back next day around noon. Next day came and gone and Robert never responded. I reached out to Robert a day after for an update and he said his other buyer hasn’t responded. Since then (Saturday 11/12/24), it’s been radio silence no update, no response whatsoever. A simple email or call with a status update would have been sufficient but this lack of communication is simply unacceptable in any business.

Given this experience, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. There are companies out there that genuinely care about their customers and provide the support we deserve. I believe that good customer service is crucial for any successful relationship, and it’s clear that Hollister Powersports has a long way to go in this area.

Rob was great to work with! We spoke on the phone and I did all my pre-approvals online. He was helpful in person and got me my dream bike with minimal hassle. He provided a great support after the sale as well.

Hollister Powersports has a huge history behind it. I showed up wanting to take a look at a black indian scout and talk to them about finding a red one. JT helped me not only realize the brand new black scout was for me, but helped with painting it into a gorgeous metallic crimson red. All the personalizations I wanted for this bike were possible. When I picked the bike up a couple of weeks later, JT spent the extra time to ensure I understood the bike and what tools were used for what. This was also the first time I heard the scout (69 cu in) start up and it slapped a huge smile on my face. Rob was especially helpful when I was setting up financing and after getting the bike on the trailer, he came out to make sure everything was in ship top shape ready to go. Overall, the experience was perfect and personalized. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know. Turns out I have more friends who ride than I thought. Thanks for everything!

Hollister Harry and Rob are phenomenal dudes! Just bought a new Gold Wing there. Experience could not have been better. Gotta give props also to Kenny. We drove 2 hours to see them and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.
