Why are there no prices listed on the website? That’s usually a bad sign. Tried sending messages on messenger but no reply after a week.

UPDATE: Above review triggered a near instant reply on messenger(attached). Noticed some red flags like: no prices listed on the website, new 2022 bikes for sale in 2025(attached), a 4% fee on sales including merch(according to other reviews), but after the eloquent response, which hopefully was not crafted by an adult male, confirms the suspicions. Somewhat comical how quickly a place is able to lose business, basically on first contact, but hopefully others may have/had a more positive experience. Personal experience requires a star rating reduced from 2 down to 1.

Good man helped me to get the right bike for me did his very best to accommodate any needs I had all around perfect the team there as well thank yall so much I’m very much enjoying the ride good sirs and mams!!!

I have never received such great service and quality assistance. House of Thunder was professionally friendly and responded to my concerning needs. The service department, the parts department, and sales all receive 5 stars. Everyone i met was kind and helpful with all my questions. If you are looking for the best place to shop for a used or new motorcycle, House of Thunder is the place to go. House of Thunder will get your bike running and or get you on a new Harley Davidson.

Absolute joke. My bike was in an accident, brought it in to get an estimate. Fast forward a week and a half, I have to track Dylan down, only to find that no estimate has been started. This is due to the technician assuming that some of the damage on the left side of the bike was cause by me, aside from the sideswipe accident. I explain, that I just want an estimate for what’s wrong with the left side of my bike and that the other party has agreed to pay for the damages. I ask how much longer to get an estimate, for a saddle bag, left side mirror and a left lower fairing. Henry jumps in to tell me how much is involved with pricing out the saddlebag (they have to price out every individual part) mind you this only consists of 20 parts. So today, Tuesday, into week three of this dumpster fire with house of thunder, I go in to get this estimate so I can get the ball rolling on the repairs, and it’s literally an estimate for the saddlebag only. Again Dylan explains that they feel that some of the damage on the bike was caused by me. To which I responded, I am the guy paying for the estimate. Why can I not get pricing for what’s broken on my bike? Long story short is that Henry and Dylan are complete idiots just short of a few brain cells. If you’ve got a brand new 40k bike and want any remote level of quality service I’d advise going anywhere other than House of thunder.

Super impressed with this dealership. Laura from sales was very attentive and allowed us to also browse the showroom floor. I took a demo ride with Daryl on a 2017 Road King Special and felt safe taking it out & liked the route we took. Everyone we worked with was great, top notch HD dealership!
