Called them because I needed a new motor in my sk boat. Used them years ago on my jet boat and was very satisfied. This timed I call to see if
they were interested in replacing the motor and if they had time. Spoke with someone who answered the phone with just a hello(Not Gt Boats) and he said sure to my questions. He asked me to call him back in 30 minutes for a price and availability. I did . Next phone call(hello. No mention of the company) got my number and said he would call me back with a ruff price. Never did. Don't think I can trust this place anymore : (

I cannot say enough good things about Lou and his team!! Not only did they fix my jet skis at a reasonable price, they also showed me how to maintain it, clean it, operate the trailer, and how to do many things the previous owner failed to mention (I am a first time owner and user)!! Also, other repair shops (without looking at my jet skis) were coming up with all sorts of possibilities that were costly, Lou quickly recognized that the old jet skis just had very old gas that failed to let it run properly. Dont have any hesitation when bringing your stuff to Lou, he will take good care of you and at a reasonable price!

Lou, the owner, did me a solid and repaired a work boat in quick order. He was responsive answering his phone and straight forward on timing and his price estimate. Very easy to deal with and friendly.

I will be returning to him for all of my boat repair needs.

Horrible customer service, brought my motor in for an impeller change, they charged me 460 dollars even with me supplying the impeller, then I take my boat out and my lower gears are no good anymore, I take my motor back to them and they keep it for two months and they won’t answer or return my phone calls, and finally they tell me they don’t feel comfortable working on it. I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible shop highly recommended to not do business with

My boat had been sitting for some time unused and I wanted to get on the water over the summer. I took it to GT Boats on the recommendation from a friend and I couldn't have been happier. The service was great! I couldn't have asked for anything more. If you need to get work done on your boat these are the folks to do it.

Took in for engine problem,He Took tophalf engine apart to diagnose.tells me engine us shot,then returns me boat and a Box of engine parts,he disassembled it to diagnose ,then wants to charge more to reassemble motor he took apart. Take at your own risk
