Emma was (and continues to be) a wonderful mechanic to work with! I came into her shop the first time as a complete newbie with my 2015 Yamaha V-Star, which I was convinced had some sort of engine failure. Turns out… I had just run out of gas. Embarrassing as that was, Emma didn’t make me feel any less of a rider for it and sent me on my way with some sage advice and continued confidence! I visited her shop multiple times with that bike, and even now that I live on the other side of the country I know she’s still for a quick call for advice anytime.

When I bought my first bike off Craigslist, I called her up to ask if she would do a diagnostic if I bought it. She asked for the listing, looked over the bike on CL, and saved me about a thousand dollars off the asking price. Half an hour spent with a total stranger, no charge, to help them out. Since then, she's worked on both of my bikes for years.

Everything she has done has been top notch. Not only is she a joy to work with, but she is one of the most ethical business people I've ever dealt with. I don't even ask for estimates any more, partly because I know she will be fair, but also because I know the work will be worth every penny.

After years of working wonders, I entrusted her with a complete custom job on my 2019 Triumph Speed Twin that was finished yesterday and it is impeccable, one of the most gorgeous bikes I've ever seen.

Motorcycles aren't cars, if you have a breakdown your life could be at risk. But I trust Emma completely to look after me!

I took my 12 year old daughter's new dirt bike in for repairs on a Thursday morning about 10:30 am, Emma was fantastic to want take care of the issue asap. She called me later same day at 1:30 pm to let me know the bike was ready for pick up. She had worked thru her lunch to get it done for us to have it ready for my daughter for the weekend. Emma was beyond wonderful from drop off to pick up, then followed up with me after the weekend to make sure everything was working properly. I was surprised and delighted with her work and follow up. I highly recommend Emma of Moto Town as the very best in workmanship and customer service!

I recently called for a first check up on my rebel 500 around the 600 mile mark . I was pleasantly surprised by the amicable voice on the other end. Emma quickly answered and we established a quick rapport. My motorcycle and I were seen the very next day! Never have I felt so assured that my bike was in good hands. Emma was amazing !
