We have used J&H for Service (Ranger Tugs R27 and trailer (aluminum Pioneer) over the past 12 years. I have also ordered parts several times. They have been very accommodating and Fred in parts is simply the best resource. Believe what he says. I just ordered a replacement seawater impeller and it cost $2 more than it did 5 years ago! I thought with all of the Covid related "inflation" they would charge me much more. I will keep using them and recommend to a friend.
