Fantastic group of people. Had a leaf spring break today on my heavy duty 40' tiltbed trailer, the day before Thanksgiving. Called in to see if they had parts in stock and they did! I was amazed, not only did they have it in stock and had it ready behind the counter when I arrived 15 minutes later, but they also installed it for me within an hour!!!!

Tremendously helpful staff, could not give a better review or have been more satisfied with this company. I have seen their yard for years right off of the Winchester exit on 280, they are a long time established company here in the Bay Area and are still here when other similar type companies go out of business or move inland our out of the area. I wIll definately be back!!!

Would give this place less then 1 star if I could. Called them early this morning and ask for a price for aluminum tandem fenders with the center tear drop. The young man wasn't sure and asked his boss about the price, he came back to the phone and quoted me 199 for the pair. To be honest I thought that was pretty cheap, and told him we would drive the 1.5 hours up to come get them. Got there and spoke to the same salesman and he went and pulled them out for me. He met me out front and told me 160 each, at first I thought it was 199 for both and he said again 160ea. Since I was there and didn't want to waste the trip I agreed and went inside to pay for them. Another salesman rang me up and told me they were 240ea and with tax it would be 536.00. I explained to him it was there mistake and showed him the price for the very same fenders on ebay for 324 plus free shipping, he told me that was even above his cost, which was a lie! I had bought a trailer from orlandi about 20yrs ago, but now that place has went down hill and has no care for there customers and especially if they are not Mexican imo! Buy on line or go to the other valley, Orlandi trailer sucks, overpriced, and has no morale standards what so ever!

Orlandi Trailer literally helped get us out of a tight spot. WIthout Orlandi's assistance, we wouldn't have been able to move our trailer from the backyard to the front.

Despite 40+ years of driving by Orlandi Trailer several times a week, I had no idea of the vast inventory of trailers and trailer supplies. It looks like they have everything you need to ensure your vehicle is properly hitched. It also looks like they can help you get a trailer that fits your needs.

More importantly, Orlandi excels in customer service. It is a local business that has the neighborly attitude that was so common when this area was known as the Valley of the Heart's Delight. In addition to all that, the tropical decor makes for a pleasant atmosphere.

I bought a 14' iron bull dump trailer from Rick and his crew and had a great experience. Rick was incredibly knowledgeable about what i was buying and very forthcoming in explaining the weight rating of the trailer as well as its features.

Ivan the salesperson i worked with was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Their lot staff that checked out the trailer before I left were great to deal with and very polite and friendly.

My overall experience was a great one and I would highly recommend Orlandi Trailers to anyone looking for a great price and wonderful buying experience.

Stopped by to get some tie downs for my car trailer. They didn't have them on hand and so I went ahead and ordered a set. When I mentioned to Rick that I needed them for the weekend (this was on a Friday) he said that he would be happy to let me use a set that they have there until mine came in. That was much appreciated, thank you Rick. My next trailer will be bought here based on my experience with Rick.

Ivan was very helpful and accommodating as I had to coordinate a pickup from Southern CA. Plenty of payment options, VERY helpful and thorough installation team. They were very kind to take the time to make sure everything was working and hooked up properly; and that I knew everything I needed to know about taking ownership of my new trailer. Just like the other reviews say.

I went there, talked to a salesmen, agreed on a price but couldnt get to the bank and back in time. Next morning went to the bank to get the cash. Called, asked for the salesman by name - to verify when the trailer would be ready. The person on the phone refused to let me speak to him and offered to help. Told him what was happening, he quoted a price over $3000 higher. HFS! I mentioned I was quoted a different price. This seemed to upset the person on the phone and he was less than polite.

So, I just hung up mid-rant, went Gilroy and bought a trailer - for about what the first salesman quoted.

Asked about purchasing a simple wiring harness for my car. Had to lead the conversation and ended up with no useful information. Was told they don’t know the price for the harness and would have to get back to me. It would be a special order and I would need to come isn’t the store to put a deposit down to buy it. They clearly don’t care about getting business… I’ll just order it from Uhaul and get it installed for a known price.
FYI you are listed as a retailer for Tekonsha wiring harnesses on their website. Might want to change that since you’re not prepped to deal their products.
