I was referred to M1 Kustoms by a very good friend of mine who had extensive work done on his Fat Bob (we're talking all the way down to the frame). Over the course of a month or two I observed the level of communication that happened between John and my friend, and was amazed at the detail John put into his emails and txts. It was clear he's extremely thorough in everything he does. So when it was time to put new apes, cables, wheels, tires, air suspension, bags and rear fender on my Road King, I knew exactly who I wanted to do the work. Simply put, I could not be happier with M1 Kustoms. John gave me an accurate quote and time frame from the beginning, was detailed and timely in his communications throughout the whole process, and in the end the work was absolutely spot on. Cannot recommend this place enough. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

We made an emergency stop with Johnny and he had us up and running right away. He dropped everything he was doing to help us. And we hung out with his dog, Kona. Thanks, Johnny.

I love this shop and Johnny is such a cool dude. Worked on my bike and took care of everything I needed. Gave me recommendations and advice on some ideas that I didn’t fully think through. Definitely come here to get your bike worked on.

Just finish my appointment with John and today is 05/08/2020. Front and back tires done. What it really amaze me when I first met him just for him to check out my bike (2014 Street Glide) what needs to be done. A simple kindness that he says...do you want something to drink? I'm about to say cold beer please. But it's not the right time to do that. Maybe after work. I had the opportunity to sit back and relax to his back yard keep me cool under his orange trees. Extra mile of doing such good things. Too much to list of what he does this day. Oh well can't let this kindness pass. Even I didn't mention about the horn doesn't work but still he found out it's not working. So he fix it. Another wowww for that. He also ask me if I want to change the air nozzle tube from the back tire because it is straight. It is a lot easier for me to put air on it if it is bended. Another wowww again. Very generous on his knowledge and the guy who will gonna do it right away despite of his busy schedule. There's a lot more to say. John is gonna get a grand slam for this unexpected exceptional service. Go and visit the shop and have a great time.

Excellent customer service. Quality work, and value for the money.
No b.s., and won’t take your money if a service isn’t needed.
Love the LGBQT friendly flag on the google results page. And as a woman, nice to get treated with respect.
