This location is crap. They told me they were going to have a luxury vehicle waiting for me and they had absolutely NOTHING. Like……not ONE luxury vehicle available. They lied and lied and lied and made me waste so much of my time trying to get a rental. I ended up canceling the reservation and going with Enterprise, which is a MUCH better company that actually has cars unlike them. They tried to put me in a Volvo SUV….how ridiculous is that!!! They are garbage, do not recommend

Robert, Luke and Nader were absolutely amazing with their customer service and made our experience of renting and as well the eventual return an absolute breeze.

Had to rent a car since we had to send our car to the body shop for a fix and the Hertz location made it an absolute easy renting process for us.

Had the car for a few days before we returned it and on the day of return Luke was instrumental in helping us with the final walkthrough and billing in such a short turnaround time.

Absolutely recommend their car rental location and their service is absolutely top notch!!

Rented a car through State Farm while my car was at the body shop. Got a confirmation code. Spoke to them on the phone and everything. Got a uber from my body shop. When I get here the manager says they can’t help me and refuse to call corporate or anyone to help find a solution. I have never had such a bad experience with a rental car in my life. AVOID.

Renting here was a good experience. There was a bit of a wait, but the staff kept us abreast of the situation. The office is clean enough.

They gave us a choice of cars and brought it upfront to make it easier for us.

There was no pressure to buy gas or extra insurance once we said that we had all that covered.
