We would like to say thank you so much to, Noah, Hé saved the day for us. Our transmission went out in our véhicle and needed a rental car. Interprise let us order on line and get there and have no vehicles available. Walked across the street and Noah had a new mini van and we were on our way in 20 minutes. The staff here are so nice. Unfortunately the company is cutting jobs here and spreading them thin. I give the staff 5 stars but the company trying to work them too hard, 1 star.

Terrible go elsewhere.
I prepaid to make sure my economy car would be available. Arrived promptly on time and they had no cars at all. Best, they had no compassion, no customer service skills whatsoever. They just stared at me. Not so much as an " I'm sorry" . Corporate is completely unsupportive of this branch. Good luck. I'd call across the street if I were you.

My wife and I rented a car to drive to Texas and back. Car was great affordable and the people were great inside the office. My problem is the $500 that they took from our account. Promise would be returned within no more than 48 hours, and are completely unable and unwilling to help us. We returned on the ninth and today’s the 14th is now been five days and the only help that they can give us is suggesting that our bank is lying to us. We live paycheck to paycheck and taking the trip already was stretching it thin. I have a family to feed and bills to pay. It almost brings me to tears writing this!!!!
