This place is terrible. The guy there hooked an unsecured car tow Dolly to my truck I drove all the way to South Sac with an unsecured trailer could’ve lost it on the freeway. Right when we are loading the car onto the trailer the dolly flies up and scratches up the back of my tailgate. The crazy part was rep Wes their insurance company Ghosted me when I made an insurance claim. Never once called me just took the claim from U-Haul, which of course they cover their own butts because no one wants to be responsible for what the young dude did or they felt this could’ve been way more serious than a dent and a scratch on the tailgate. This place has no business integrity and from the looks of other reviews I’m not surprised why the reviews are low. I’m glad and thankful that I didn’t lose that trailer on the freeway because how they treated me over a dent in my tailgate It would’ve been the same if a family got killed behind U-Haul unsecured trailers. As you can see in the picture, the ball was the correct size The Young boy that hooked up the trailer just didn’t test and see if the trailer was secure. I’ve been a truck driver for over 20 years and I could’ve potentially with my license because this facility don’t allow the driver to hook up his own trailer, but not responsible if he loses it it’s crazy. Stay away from this location👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The truck and facility were clean, but one of the tension cables on the truck rollup door broke during use. The door was still usable, but it took a bit more effort than normal to open and close. Upon investigation, there were signs of rust and it appeared that the spring/tensioner portion of the truck were not well-maintained. However, since this was a 1-way rental, I am unsure if the truck I used came from this facility or was arranged from a different facility.

8/17/24 ☄️Katie , Tido and the guy with curly hair I forgot his name he help at the end when I pulled the truck under the tent area , I was done using the truck. But I do remember how they ALL treated me. They were professional friendly pointed me in the right directions fast they all were smiling. Great customer service I will ALWAYS go to this U-Haul facility for all my renting and I’m telling all my friends family and posting on social media. Thank you to these employees for making me feel valued

I rented a truck from this location. Not only was the gas, not on what it was supposed to be on in the written contract, but the U-Haul box truck transmission was going out in the middle of my reservation as I was hauling my personal belongings from one place to the other I was feeling jerky, movements. The truck acted like it wanted to shut off.

Everything was good. The gentlemen that help me with my rental had good customer service skills. He also helped me rent a tow ball for the pick-up truck I was renting. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely be back the next time I need to rent a U-Haul. Most definitely I will recommend this location to family and friends.

I had a bad experience starting off I’m not sure who’s job it is to check but I rented a Cargo van and it was already on E when I first got in and I didn’t realize antill 3 mins after I left this location. then once I got off the freeway the van ran completely out of gas while I was on a bridge I was Furious…. So I had to waste time waiting for roadside assistance

This location is very slow. There was a line of customers ahead of me and a line behind me. THE TRUCK STUNK BADLY OF CIGARETTES.I WILL HAVE TO ASK FOR A NON-SMOKING VEHICLE NEXT TIME OR REDUCED RATES

Customer service was completely disgusting the two woman there had piss poor attitude and were no help at all when hooking up the trailer and made the return process a nightmare.
