The Manager of the store was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was super busy and also training another employee but took time to make sure we were taken care of.

When we returned and wanted to get information about installing a trailer hitch on our car, a different employee was also super knowledgeable and gave us various price points based on our SUV model with an eye on cost saving. Amazing service a this U-Hall. I use U-Hall a lot and this is by far the very best customer service of all the various locations I have worked with. Five stars! Customer service makes all the difference. Human interaction rather than promoting the app all the time.....makes all the difference.

The staff at the Broadway U-Haul are very nice and helpful. I rented a 10x10 truck and a dolly for my move. They have a great selection of moving boxes and different accessories you may need for your move. I ended up having to extend my rental twice, once with the U-Haul app, and once at the store while I picked up more boxes. Both times was easy. Returning the vehicle was easy also. The gentlman walked around the truck with me and then finished the last of the paper work on his work phone. Took less than 5 minutes. Make sure to reserve your vehicle early if you are moving on a weekend. I was lucky that my move was on a Tuesday and they had plenty of vehicles available. I also love that the picture on my U-Haul was a Venus Fly Trap.

The transaction to obtain the vehicle was adequate. When I received the truck it was nothing like the picture I was presented. I actually took pictures and sent them back to U-Haul.
The Cashier/attendant was sitting at a desk , I stepped to the counter and said I have a 10:00 appointment scheduled to pick up a truck.
Unfortunately I did not write down the cashier’s name. My appointment was on Thursday July 1, 2021 at 10:00am
Uhaul Though she was competent in handling the transaction there was absolutely no customer service. No greeting, no smile, there wasn’t even eye contact. This falls below customer service; she was lacking in basic common courtesy. I did not feel comfortable in your establishment and found myself just wanting to get the transaction over with and get out of there. I will not be back nor would I recommend that location to anyone.
In returning the vehicle the gentleman who checked the vehicle back was very cordial and I would Like to give complements to him.

Rented a truck online through this location to quickly move a few things on a Sunday morning . There was nothing quick or easy about this process. I was supposed to be able to pick up the key and go after completing the online reservation, however the truck I was assigned didn’t exist. After almost 40 minutes I finally got a truck and headed down the road to pick up what needed to move. I look down and the gas gage was on empty, which didnt surprise me given the poor serve I already experienced so I pull off at the nearest gas station and put $20 in. Before leaving I walk to the passenger side to adjust mirrors when I noticed gas running down the sidewalk. On further inspection, someone drilled a hole in the gas tank. After 20 minutes of being bounced around on the phone I end up getting a tow truck dispatched …from Yuba City of all places…a full hour drive from where I am located.
