Facility has a good location, easy to access. Storage areas are clean well-lit and have clean bathrooms. The new system of cart checkout was great and ensured carts were handy and available. Staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. Corey helped me out with accessing unit once which I appreciated. Overall, a good experience, would recommend.

This is the best location in Sacramento. Corey is an amazing General Manager and couldn’t have been more professional and kind to us. He is an exceptional person. His team members are excellent as well. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and will use the Arden location, which is across town from me, each time I am in need of a rental. I highly recommend this location.

Aaron at the Arden location was amazing, went above and beyond, great customer service. This man really deserves a raise seriously. We need more employees around that care about there job and actually likes what they do.

Came in To get a U-Haul, I was the only one in line stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to book a U-Haul mean while the general manager was talking to another U-Haul employee. Standing there, just shooting the breeze about everything under the sun talking about Trump being an office and how his team in the store is great and how he’s taking a trip and his team is going to hold the store down while he’s gone. Shooting the breeze about nothing important !! Meanwhile I’m standing in line never got acknowledged never said hey ma’am I’ll be right with you nothing 20 minutes of that I got irritated and started to walk out then he says excuse me ma’am I said never mind he said well what were you coming in for? I said I was coming in for a U-Haul, but you keep going with you’re important conversation!

Received a call from the office around 7:30 telling me I was given the wrong truck and they had my truck under another name, in fact the truck i was using u-haul was showing it to be still on the lot! I had been moving all day and I was being ask to go get the truck # off the truck and give it to them. Apparently we were checked in wrong.. I made several attempts to speck with Cody the manager and Never received a call back. I will never go there again!

The fact they know the door doesn’t open even if you swipe your card to access your storage doesn’t work and it’s been like that for a while and you have to wait for someone that works there to come open it is kinda disappointing
It’s a huge waste of time what if someone was on a short notice and needed to get into their unit really fast and leave and they had to wait 10-15 minutes for the staff to arrive to open the door?

As much time as they have to leave notices on every body’s storage unit reminding them their late
They need to do something about the door not opening up

The lady who was helping us was very rude. She was answering calls while helping us and not even explaining everything. I booked the van for 1 day but she is asking me to return in in 9 hrs. When I told her I need it for 24 hrs she was very rude in answering.

Everything was in great condition except the hand cart or dolly for appliances worked however the tires on it could / should be replaced . There was a lot of wear and tear which made it difficult to Miniver. But over all I was in a brand new van which was perfect for my needs and the staff were great. It was pretty much in and out type service and questions answered with quick responses. I would recommend the Arden Way U haul and would use them again in the future. It was so easy to get what I needed when I needed it. Thanks guys great job.
