I unfortunately had to use this rental place while my car was in the shop. The staff are friendly, that’s the only good thing about it. The car I rented was so gross and smelly. It was beat up and just all around in a sad state. I’m surprised. I’ve always looked at Hertz as top of the line rental company. This location does not hold up to that reputation. I had a headache from driving the car because it smelled like cigarette smoke. You shouldn’t be renting out vehicles that smell like smoke. I will not use this location in the future.

This place is outstanding in terms of customer service. I had a billing is sustained renting from this location. So i called this location and Jackie spent 30 minutes on the phone with me and Hertz corporate to sort out the issue. She was enthusiastic and just genuinely interested in helping. So rare to find people like her, bless her heart

This is the most horrendous car rental establishment I’ve ever encountered! I set a reservation a week in advance and was told 30 mins prior to pickup they couldn’t honor my reservation! I had to call in to a number given me for a refund of my money (1-800-654-4173), which I was given a case# for a refund return of 7-10 business days. Refund never came! Coincidentally to get a live person is impossible unless you’re making a new reservation. I spoke with a very rude representative who advised that the last rep. hadn’t properly processed refund & that she’s going to do it & it will be another 7-10 business days! I asked for a supervisor and was denied and she was rudely talking over me to let me know that she was going to end the call! I ended up having to call my bank to make a claim! This company is very unprofessional and are down right thieves! If only I could charge interest! HERTZ IS HORRIBLE!

staff is good with a customer service and providing a Hertz level experience. The first time in 20 years that the exact car that I reserved was available from any car rental place. Most car rental companies will have the class of car that you reserved but not that exact model.

The pick up and drop off experiences were both quick friendly and efficient. I also like that the price I was quoted when I reserved and when picked up, stayed the same when I dropped off. The price did not increase like it always seems to do with other rental car companies.

Hats off to Hertz and the staff at this location !

Do not use this place. We reserved a large pick up truck and this showed as a Ford F250 on the booking. When we went to pick the car up they said there's only one vehicle remaining and it's an electric pick up. We never asked for or wanted electric. There was no empathy from the staff or any attempt to help us in any other way.

We walked 10 minutes down the road to Enterprise who helped us instantly and got us in an appropriate vehicle for a cheaper price.

Incredibly disappointed with Hertz. What's the point of booking online if they won't have the car for you?

Aaron was awesome! Best customer service I’ve ever received from a rental agency. He was extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome. I would definitely come and rent my car from him again!

I'm not impressed with this branch. Every time I reserve a car, when I arei, they say they don't have that size... And offering someone who's rented a midsized SUV a corolla in place of it isn't exactly reasonable.. But of course, they can rent a "premium" model in its place if I want to pay for an upgrade. All that just to get the size car I'd reserved in the first place. This happens every single time I go here.

Jackie at this location is the best employee. Honestly she goes above and beyond for her customers. She’s never rude always has an awesome attitude. She made my rental experience so easy and accommodating. Hurtz is lucky to have her on their team.
