I have to say I am very impressed with Catalina Direct. I had an ehaust riser fail on my 1993 Catalina 36 Mark 1. I live in Newport Rhode Island and needed the exhaust riser overnighted to me so that I could do several charters tomorrow. They expedited my order shipped it same day and it is an awesome product. Definitely expensive but worth the money in my opinion. Even the heat shield they provided with the exhaust riser was awesome. I have used these guys for all kinds of parts for my 1983 Catalina. They usually are quality products that fit the first time. My only complaint was with a starter that was defective. They did replace it but it took a couple of weeks to sort things out. Summer is short, so the lost time wasn't appreciated. Especially because I paid for overnight delivery on the defective starter. Overall they do a good job.

Very disappointing service. I ordered a spinnaker pole and track for my Catalina 34 figuring they would know the right size and configuration.
The pole arrived and is way too big and the pole doesn't fit the track they supplied.
Rather than working to find a solution they claim it was custom made and not returnable.
I will never use them again.
Very poor service and attitude.

These guys have been very helpful getting our 1986 Catalina 22 in ship shape. The tech guy whined a little about not wanting to give out the length of the jib sheet, concerned I would go to West Marine and not aware we had already spent more than $1300 with the company, but eventually he gave the information. Life continues. They must have humans working the phones. Overall outstanding customer service, expert advice and help. Including the tech guy.
