I purchased a 2025 Kawasaki zx6r KRT edition. Anthony, the sales manager is very personable and experienced. Had anyone else been there to walk me through the purchase I wouldn’t have bought it, I would have had second thoughts.

Mick made the finance paperwork straight forward and I had all the proper paperwork completed in less than 5 minutes. Compared to the 1 1/2 hours when I purchased my car from the car dealer where they try to upsell you a bunch of nonsense and throw dozens of $ figures trying to sell you. Giving a lower figure each of the 10 times you say no.

When I was offered an extended warranty by Roseville Motorsports, which honestly was a good deal, they didn’t keep soliciting after I said no.

Shawn was there to make sure any parts or riding apparel were the right fit for me.

The service department had my motorcycle fueled up and ready to go with both sets of keys and even a free battery tender connection wired and routed neatly, I was surprised.

Took my Vaquero in for its break in oil change. Curteous as always. They got it done in a very timely manner. Great suggestion on the donut place next door while i waited. I havent figured out how to finagle a t-shirt out of them yet.
By the way. They have a VERY nicely priced, well maintained and nicely kitted out used 2023 Vulcan S 650 for sale. Go check it out.

This was my second visit to the service department for scheduled maintenance. I can not speak highly enough of the two service writers. They’re both very kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, and trustworthy. The tech that performed the work is probably the best I’ve experienced. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and an expert mechanic.
Each time I’ve picked up my bike it’s been detailed by the service guys. I’m blanking on their names and apologize for that. They know who they are.
I go out of my way to do business with this group.
I give them six out of five stars.

UPDATE: was contacted by the dealer and cleared some stuff up great people and great interaction have raised the score and definitely will go back soon for another new bike.

Was in there recently looking at a MT07 since I was comparing it to a Triumph Speed twin but I was definitely leaning towards the MTO seven so I went to the Yamaha dealer first the rep that I was dealing with was OK, the manager that was there was OK too but they didn’t really seem too be eager to make any deal Specially on a old model,i never got a callback on my offer a yes or no would’ve been good but all in all they just seem like I was doing them a favor, i ended up with the Triumph, which I’m actually glad now because it definitely has more character, but that was my experience.

Accidentally called them when I needed new tires for my Honda CTX thinking I was calling another dealer but I’m glad I called these guys by mistake.

They were super friendly and they did a great job ordering and installing my new tires. They also cleaned and lubed my filthy chain and replaced a missing nut on my swing arm (that the last service shop lost the last time I put new tires on).

The store was super clean and the prices on the motorcycles were really good. I will definitely go there again for tires etc even though they aren’t a Honda dealer

(But if you guys DO end up with a pre-owned Honda Rebel 1100 DCT for Sale, I would buy it from YOU before I went back to the “other place” (**call me if you do!!!))
