Henley and Noah Rock! They were very professional attentive to our needs understanding and helpful. They weren't pushy and in my opinion this is what made the deal happen. Being pushed makes me want to pull back and I definitely did not feel this want with them. Very smooth transaction and a great overall experience. Chris and Jason are amazing teachers! Their knowledge comes from many years of riding experience and mechanical knowledge of the bikes. I wish I could magically transfer their expertise into my brain and body but I cannot, so the next best thing is to take their riding class and practice, practice, practice, the materials and respect the guidelines and physics they taught in class.

Coming from a Stanford Educational/Nursing background, I realize how important it is to teach the basics and gain experience, knowledge and confidence to someone who has had no experience with the material and skills to provide safety and security in a new environment. The fundamentals they taught in class and in the field, provided a solid foundation to build upon. They made the class fun and interesting, relating examples of how you would understand something based on your own personal experiences. They pushed you when you need to be pushed and critiqued you when you needed improvements. They are funny, fair and honest; all done with respect to each individual.

Chris and Jason won't be with you in the real world but the knowledge they shared and the skills they taught will be. Above all, the need to go forward with this experience and dedicate as much practice to developing those skills safely and affectively, until we are ready to take to the road. Motorcycles only do what you tell them to do, so practice those skills!

I purchased a new 2024 Heritage Classic on 01-25

From the beginning of my search for a Harley Davidson they responded to my phone calls, appointments and took the time to really care for my needs. You immediately feel like you're part of a family, and it was an amazing experience that you typically don't get when you're buying a high cost item .

I'd like to point out that the following people were incredible and treated me with such respect and kindness ; Henley, who originally helped me with the purchase of the motorcycle, very knowledgeable and kind, Tone, was incredible also helping with the purchase and I'm so thankful that he was working that day because when they did the gong, I was extremely happy to have him by my side it made it a really fun experience. He also followed up with me on many occasions to check in to see how everything was going and to make sure that I was satisfied with the interactions that I was getting from Harley Davidson Sacramento. Like I said, they treat you like family. Dallas was also very helpful with setting up codes on my bike and emailing me with updates on everything that I needed to know. Initially I spoke with Joshua and he is the kindest person I've ever dealt with on the phone, as well as, very supportive, he's friendly and again you feel like you're talking to a family member, very helpful and very kind.

Then there's Audrey in service, accessories, cleaning supplies ; she's extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products that she uses on her bike and ultimately, what I purchased. Donna, in apparel , showed me around the store and was very informative about different items in the shop and Meagan, also helped me in apparel and helped me with fitting my helmet and getting the appropriate helmet for my size; extremely knowledgeable !

I absolutely cannot leave out Kiana in finance. She's amazing and extremely knowledgeable and supportive. She helped me with insurance needs and everything I needed to complete the purchase. HD is lucky to have a bright, positive and energetic personality like her on board!!

I'm so satisfied that I went to the Sacramento Arden Way ,Harley Davidson I don't know what the other dealerships are like but this 5 stars!

I had a great experience at Sac Harley Davidson. I went in to ask about the learn to ride class with no intentions of buying a new motorcycle. After looking at some motorcycles I ended up purchasing a new 24 Road Glide. The team was great. The service was great. The atmosphere was great. Having little to no experience with on road motorcycles, I was a bit nervous getting this motorcycle. However after getting out on the road, all that nervousness went away pretty quick and it turned to excitement. New adventure and lots of fun. Thanks to the HD team.

I was helped with all information needed seeing as this is my first Harley purchase, I was given options on what I wanted, the salesman Andres Molina showed me just what I was looking for after giving him my budget and what I was looking for in a new bike, the team even stayed after hours to help with my purchase so I could take the bike home same day seeing as my work schedule doesn’t line up well, many places are closing the doors by the time I’m off, the team worked with me on the price and they were thorough with explaining the bikes options to me after the purchase, Information about upcoming events and information on the riders safety course. Great team!

Submitted an online inquiry about a Pan America, few moments later Henley the internet sales guy gave me a call. He was very informative about the bike and helped me set up an appointment. Showed up to my appointment and was greeted by an enthusiastic staff of sales associates who love bikes. Walked around the show room not sure if I would end up buying a bike that day until I saw a bike that I absolutely had to have. Ran the numbers with Dakota and it seemed like it would work. Ended up signing the paperwork and riding home on a new bike. Great experience all around and Sac Harley has the best team to get you out there riding on a new bike. Maybe I’ll be picking up a Low Rider ST from them soon.

What an experience! I showed up at HD of sac on my Kawasaki z125 with no intention of trading in or even leaving with a new bike, but since I’m here I assume you know that’s not how things went. From the second we pulled up, Cooper took really good care of my husband and I, showing us all of our options with such enthusiasm and knowledge, and Tommy came in the fire deals so good we both ended up leaving our z125s and riding into the sunset on our own Harleys. Thank you guys so much, no regrets. I’m also like 100% cooler now, so thanks for that too.
