Decided to purchase a set of BST Rapid Tek 5 Carbon Fiber wheels for my 2020 KTM 1290 Super Duke R, and Motowheels was recommended by a friend. I went on their website, found the package I wanted and ordered easily. My order was quickly confirmed and since I ordered during Covid I was informed that there may be a delay. It took a bit longer to get my wheels, but their communication was excellent. My wheels finally arrived and they were packed perfectly and arrived in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier with the value and service I received from MotoWheels!

I wanted to give this company a good review, unfortunately I can't. I ordered an exhaust, it wasn't in stock and I was told it would be 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks went by and it still has been been shipped, so I canceled it. I ordered another exhaust that was in stock and paid extra for 2day air. Somehow, my order got misplaced and I was notified it will ship out today. I asked am I still being charged for 2day air, when I expected it sooner and I don't think I should have to pay for it. They said they will see what they can do. Called me back and said they could ship 1 day air with what I paid or refund me my shipping and ship 2 day air. I said refund and ship 2 day air. Well, I jiat get tracking and it will arrive Friday, which is not 2 day air. Just honor what you say you're going to do. Even though Susan was very helpful on the phone, that's where is stopped. I wouldn't recommend shopping here and this is my first and last. I hope that things are better for future customers.
