I’ve been going to this shop for years, but a change in staff has lowered my 5 star rating to 2, and that is generous.

I had new front brake pads installed by a very grumpy staff member, but at least he repaired the bike while I waited, which was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately not all the bolts were retightened correctly and one side of the brake pad assembly fell off within days. I discovered the problem heading down a hill, but my rear brakes were able to slow me down.

The other downside to the experience was the price charged. It was twice the price I paid to have the same repair completed, with a smile, by another shop.

I met with Wayne today. His knowledge is end less. We fid a fitting and with just two adjustments my ride comfort improved 10 fold. I highly recommend going to this shop. I also use the shop on La Rivera both shops are exceptionally worth more than a 5 star. Thank you again for you services.

I have been here several times and they are pretty good people, I have purchased a couple of bikes from them, prices are reasonable for nowadays on many items, let's face it bikes are expensive I will return in the future. Upgraded to 5 stars because hindsight is 20/20.

Excellent. I needed a quick turn around on a hydraulic disc brake install with internal routing. Most shops quoted a week or more but I was in a hurry to get the brakes installed before taking the bike for a trip. I let Damien know when I needed the bike ready by and he went above and beyond to work with me and make sure I was sorted out in time. The quality of the install is perfect and the price is reasonable and similar to what you would find elsewhere. I can't find anything to complain about. Damien at Neighborhood Bike Shop was great to work with.

I took my broken Fuji hybrid bicycle in last week to have its bi-annual tune-up which, as usual, involved replacing the gear cable, sprockets, chain, and crank. I knew all that work was necessary when I took it in. They had the bicycle completed the next day, cleaned, wheels straightened, and all the mechanicals replaced and lubricated. The price was fair and proper. The two people I dealt with were both very friendly and helpful. No one tried to up-sell me. Hopefully I'll get another two years service out of my bike.
